I dropped of my aging Lenovo X1 Carbon with a glitchy screen and was told they would contact me in 2-3 days with a diagnosis. A full week goes by so I call them to see what's going on. They can't find a 4K screen like I have and offer to replace it with a lower resolution screen. I don't want that so I go pick it up. I pay, and take my laptop home. When I boot, there is an error about the cover having been removed, fair enough, but it wants a password for the BIOS. I never set a password, and the machine was a custom build with no previous owner, so I call the shop to see what's up. Maybe the tech had to set a password to do some diagnosis or something? Nope, they don't know what happened, just repeatedly tell me the BIOS is locked, which of course I know. They do this for a living, and I saw a few of my model computer on sale in the shop in used condition, so... they are familiar with it. If they knew this would happen, why not ask the customer to set a BIOS password? If they didn't know, why did they agree to do diagnosis on an unknown or unfamiliar model computer? I gave them a computer with a faulty display, they gave me back a brick. From other reviews it seems they are good at fixing stuff, but from my experience I'd say don't give them you're not willing to throw into the fire. Now I have to buy a...

Went there after reading the reviews but had a terribly disappointing experience. I gave in a laptop for data extraction and I was told the job was completed the next day. They charged me 2000 kr for it, only for me to find out that they were no files and just empty folders. On returning it, they took another day to tell me that there was no data on the laptop to be extracted but they wouldn't refund me the money. For 2000 kr, you would expect them to at least know if there was data being extracted. Super disappointed that I couldn't get my data and on top of that I was...

Awesome experience. Bought a Macbook pro retina. Top spec and cheapest that I could find it. Recommended Teknikfix to my girlfriend. She bought an iphone 5s. They were really helpful. Gave her a free (extra) charger and phone case.

She then wanted a new computer. They helped her choose with great advice on what was best for her needs. They are really friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They tell you what you need to know in basic terms and don't bomb you with tecky computer jargon!
