Very fun experience overall, would definitely recommend!
The Good: Availability of a wide range of safety gear including knee pads, elbow pads, bike gloves and helmets in many different sizes to suit anyone. Jacob the guide was an excellent teacher who taught us the basics of MTB biking well and gave us a fun tour! Beginner friendly trails, nobody was forced to attempt any sections they were not comfortable with. Very nice and helpful Fika stop in the middle! Safety was always prioritized first as it should be for any outdoor event.
Suggestions for improvement: The path we took was quite heavy and full on with mountain trails in the first half before the break. The second half was mostly flat maintained public pathways. It would have been better to have this reversed - most of us were beginners, so attacking a lot of heavy trails from the beginning was tough, but just as we were learning to get the hang of controlling an MTB bike, we got on maintained paths with very little mountain trails. Would make more sense the other way? One of the bikes had a somewhat faulty seat post so my friend’s seat kept sliding down despite clamping it down properly. Our guide Jacob helpfully tried to fix it as we went but not much that could’ve been done...
Read moreWords cannot describe what an amazing experience it was to go through the survival 2-day course with William. A huge amount of knowledge and skills was shared from William with us, it was great fun to be at a group with people with different backgrounds, learning all together and enjoying each other company. William was incredibly good to help us understand the basics of survival, how to prioritize things, how to actually understand, plan and actually do the 4 basic pillars of survival (shelter, fire, food, water) and had a great way to share stories and experiences from his amazing life and adventures. I definitely recommend the experience for everyone who wants to try something different, learn a LOT of useful things about survival, experience nature and get some time to be with his/her own thoughts. All of these, with the amazing energy of William and the possibility to be under a star-filled sky in the middle of nowhere in pitch black around you. What else can you ask for?
And as William said, "Don't try, do" :)

Read moreMe and my partner and our friends went on a kayaking day trip of the Stockholm archipelago with Oscar. He was so great, we all chatted afterwards what a great job he did and how friendly he was. He must do these trips a lot but he was keen on getting to know everyone and happy to share his knowledge and recommendations of Sweden... Couldn't have asked for a better guide.
The day was really fun, good for different levels of ability, I'm a nervous type but felt in safe hands! Would recommend for seeing a different side of Sweden.
The only thing I would say about the general tour is that it would be lovely to have slightly more food, it's enough to not be hungry but if you haven't had a massive breakfast and due to being so active, it only just kept us full enough, a little bit bigger portion or maybe just some cinnamon buns as an optional extra for some would make it even better for those who get...
