SAKAE SUSHI — Restaurant in Stockholm

My regular go to place for workday lunch. You really can't go wrong ordering from here. The sushi rice is cooked and flavoured properly, good mouthfeel, solid menu options. Good balance of textures, standard but appeasing flavours.

Their mixed nigiri platters come with an off menu sushi roll, which is a top choice of mine that I exclusively order every time. Good quality and affordable!

One of the best sushi restaurants I've been to. The chef crafts a huge variety of flavors using a standard set of fish, and it's these combinations that make you feel like you're eating something brand new with each bite.
