Restaurang Agapi Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Stockholm

This is strictly a review of their lunch hour menu, I don't know what it looks like at dinner-time.

I've usually come here for a decent vegetarian halloumi dish, halloumi's always good if you just fry it right, and they do that. Today, though, I tried their new to the menu Vegan dish, which promised falafel instead of halloumi. At the price of 120 kr, i expected very good falafel.

What I got was essentially the same dish as the halloumi plate, french fries, hummus, a vegan sauce (tahini i think) instead of tzatsiki, two stuffed wine leaves, (these were particularly dry and not-good today) then, for the falafel. What I expected was about 3 or 4 hand made, moist and delicious falafels. What I received was two small, flat, dry yet overly greasy (from the fry-cooker) pieces of falafel. They felt like greasy sand in my mouth and thinking about them now makes me a bit queasy.

I critiqued the staff on the dish, it was received well and they promised me a free dish the next time I return. I hope they read this because no one should ever have to eat that falafel again. That falafel is a 0/5, the overall restaurant is a 2/5 if the...

It's okay but not more than that, the food is what swedes think greek food would be like but it's really not, also much of the food is not made by them but the fries or bulgur that you choose for each dish is good. But I feel like 95kr is too pricy for that kind of level especially if you get the calamari which makes you wish they were using real octopus and did it all by hand instead of buying frozen ones. They really have to up their game, I don't care if the lunch prices will be increased they have to go true greek and skip that factory made food, you wouldn't eat fries in Greece... Makes me disappointed.
