The product selection was good, the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant, but the atmosphere became tense when the management (older female) walked in, with grumpy look, angrily whispering something to staff, scolding her. I was not prepared to come across such attitude in Swarovski. The poor sales girl instantly looked miserable and embarrassed.

It was not the energy I wanted, not the memory I wanted to be attached to my jewellery, and I just left without...

A travel retail store actually, not duty free, but the products are sold around 10% cheaper than retail price. For purchase above 300, a non resident of Switzerland can get the tax refund. Check the Kris Bear collection, perfect for collectors, and the Travel Exclusive products, which sold only at selected airport and on board, for last...
