Holy Cow! Gourmet Burger Co. ZÜRICH FLUGHAFEN — Restaurant in Kloten

We will NEVER eat at this location again. 1: prices are higher than other locations (somehow, McDonald’s at the airport has the same prices as in the city…) 2: you can NOT use their loyalty points. Not even to add them. 3: ketchup and mayo are NOT free. (It is in their other locations) 4: burgers were sadder looking, more mushy and with less salad than the ones we had at the Zurich HB location a week ago.

We usually love Holy Cow! Their burgers are generous and juicy. The fries are large and crispy. The mayo and ketchup is free.

But this location is a disappointment in many ways. Intended for tourists even though it’s placed right next to the entrance to the observatory, where they know a lot of parents bring their kids to...

A very disappointing experience yesterday around 4.30 PM My daughter ordered a junior burger . We waited for 25 minutes and when I asked it turned out they forgot it We then got it and realised it only and strangely had a half a burger .. When we went asking the worker was extremely rude and said this what we offer for junior .. when we tried to object.. she turned very aggressive and refused to speak English (in an international airport) Then when I insisted to return it or to speak to her manager she harshly took the whole order and threw it in the trash we were shocked and I was about to call the police when finally her manager showed up .. Still One of the Best Burgers in Switzerland

This spot continues to deliver some of the best burgers in Switzerland, thanks to their high-quality ingredients, soft buns, and well-thought-out flavor combinations. We especially loved the "Viva España", featuring tangy goat cheese and flavorful chorizo, and the "Mexican Burger", with creamy avocado mash and a rich bean sauce.

The fries were equally impressive—thick, meaty, and perfectly seasoned. A special shoutout to Gaia, who served us with exceptional friendliness and efficiency, adding to the overall great experience.
