Good - Pizza better than Domino, or equivalent. Timing: usually quick service. Bad - delivery service extremely bad and rude: the first time the pizzas were crashed on one side, completely; the second time the delivery guys was arguing that I did not tell them that I wanted to pay buy credit card (is it my fault for real? should I as a customer tell them that I want to pay with credit card? I mean, it's not my business, it should be their problem to clarify the methods of payment) so I paid with coins (36 chf for 1 "margherita" and a "4 stagioni"...) and he started to complain again that now he has to count them and so on... so extremely rude; the third time? well, not sure if there will be a...

Got a gift card here for the holidays from a co-worker, never got to use it. I tried on the website, but the url on the giftcard was broken. Tried calling, tehy couldnt help, told me to order delivery and it would be sorted out then. Of course the poor delivery person had no idea how their gift card service works. So, as far as I can tell, they took 20 CHF from my co-worker, and never gave us...

Warning! Their medium sized pizzas are smaller than any other medium pizza I have ever eaten here in Zurich. I have noticed their pizzas getting smaller over the years, but now it’s gone to far (we ordered 3x 30cm pizza and all of them were 27cm or smaller). They even have the audacity to sell this at CHF 17 a piece (approx. $19). Will never be ordering...
