ORA Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Zurich

TLDR: Don't be suspicious of the rating. It's real.

Pizza snobs from California deciding on a whim to get pizza while waiting for our laundry. ORA was nearby so why not. But scepticism crept in when we saw all 5 star reviews (55 total).

The rating is well deserved. Properly chewy crust, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked with nice browning. The service was also very attentive and clearly cared if we enjoyed our experience. Including complimentary espresso at the end.

The only thing that did not go perfectly for us was I accidentally ordered a pizza with tuna on it (I blame Google lens). However, the pizza was so good I may now accept tuna as an acceptable...

Ich habe dieses Restaurant zufällig entdeckt und war sofort begeistert. Der Besitzer empfängt die Gäste herzlich und mit einem Lächeln. Das Lokal ist sehr ordentlich und einladend. Die italienische Küche ist hervorragend – authentische Aromen, köstliche Tomaten und geschmackvolle Gerichte, die wie ein Stück Italien wirken. Der Service ist schnell, aufmerksam und äußerst großzügig. Zum Abschluss gibt es feine Desserts und einen italienischen Kaffee, der einfach unbeschreiblich lecker ist. Absolut empfehlenswert. اكتشفتُ هذا المطعم بالصدفة، وانبهرتُ به فورًا. يرحب صاحبه بالضيوف بحرارة وابتسامة. المطعم أنيق وجذاب. المطبخ الإيطالي رائع - نكهات أصلية، طماطم شهية، وأطباق شهية تُشعرك وكأنك في إيطاليا. الخدمة سريعة، مُهتمة، وسخية للغاية. وأخيرًا، تُقدم حلويات فاخرة وقهوة إيطالية لذيذة للغاية. أنصح به بشدة

J'ai découvert ce restaurant par hasard et j'ai été immédiatement conquis. Le propriétaire accueille chaleureusement et avec le sourire. Le restaurant est très soigné et accueillant. La cuisine italienne est exceptionnelle : des saveurs authentiques, des tomates délicieuses et des plats savoureux qui évoquent l'Italie. Le service est rapide, attentionné et extrêmement généreux. Pour finir, on vous propose de délicieux desserts et un café italien tout simplement délicieux. Je vous le recommande chaudement.

גיליתי את המסעדה הזו במקרה ומיד התרשמתי. הבעלים מקבל את פני האורחים בחום ובחיוך. המסעדה מסודרת ומזמינה מאוד. המטבח האיטלקי יוצא מן הכלל - טעמים אותנטיים, עגבניות טעימות ומנות מלאות טעם שמרגישות כמו פיסת איטליה. השירות מהיר, קשוב ונדיב ביותר. לסיום, קינוחים משובחים וקפה איטלקי פשוט טעים בצורה שאי אפשר...

Sofian was a great host. He really made an effort to ensure we and our kids felt welcome and comfortable. From a smooth reception to small extras and free coffee, everything was well thought out.

The food was very good – fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. The place was clean and the atmosphere relaxed.
