Cons: Very expensive for the quality of the massage given. I am a tall man, and the therapist seemed to struggle to work with me and even skipped areas she didn't seem to want to touch (she literally gave my head one touch and then moved on. We had just showered back at the hotel, so... i dunno); I later got the same style and length of massage (1 hour thai massage) at another place and it was much more comprehensive. As mentioned by others, the hole for your face on the table is rough at best; mine felt much too small as the only cushion between my head and the table was a thin folded washcloth which put pressure on my forehead for the entire hour, keeping me from relaxing at all. Also, weirdly enough, I was told to change into their shirt before we started, then immediately told to take the shirt off, then made to put the shirt back on when i got turned over halfway through. Meanwhile, my girlfriend who got a western-style oil massage, was suddenly getting her tatas rubbed in a weird way, something whish the second spa did NOT do (thankfully). Chance to get a good massage at zabai is just 5050. We had a 3-hrs massage, $1,990 for 2, with foot relaxation, traditional Thai and hot oil massage. It was a pleasant experience to me but torturing to my boyfriend. His therapist has problem with time management, she spent 90 mins on his left leg, 5 mins on right, 10 mins on both hand and skip the thai massage lol I was so confused when I looked at them. I was like why he was not doing what I had been doing. When we filled out the satisfaction survey, he said the strength of pressure was not consistence. Very old receptionist cum masseuse massaged me. Before starting the company issues a chart showing back and front schematics of the human body, for you to indicate areas of pain, injury and areas to focus. This chart wasn't used at all. My masseuse who handed me the chart in the first place didn't even refer to it and she just massaged wherever she wanted. After 30 mins it dawned on me that she was a bobo. Her massage skills were all simple figure of eight repetitions and her strength was weak. In reality the company called in another masseuse for me at the start but that masseuse refused to come in! Lol this is their level of commitment! The male owner was not kind as well. Did not speak politely and never smiled. I don't understand why some people rate this place highly.
