A worse than average massage place, with nothing I would like to compliment on, do not recommend coming here, price is higher than many other better places, not worth it!

First, the environment is just average, and the place is very small, not as nice as it seems on the pictures.

Second, this place is called let’s relax, but the massage was not relaxing at all, when I asked for stronger, she went TOO strong, and when I asked for lighter, she would not change.

The funniest thing is that they don’t even have a bed for you to lie on for the back massage, you have to sit on a tiny rough little chair on an angle, which was extremely uncomfortable

She did not use oil for the back massage, which was surprising and disappointing, because every other place I’ve been to in Phuket would do that, which was much more comfortable

Also, she kept on elbowing me from the back, pressing my chest against the hard chair, I couldn’t even breath, it was horrible and painful

Third, staff attitude was not good, they weren’t disrespectful, but they were perfunctory and quite indifferent, not enthusiastic at all. I could feel that they wanted to get their job done quickly and go home

If you searched up this place because it is convenient or close to your hotel, I strongly suggest you walk down the hill and explore other shops, probably much better...

One of the worst experiences I've had in Thailand. Firstly, the entrance is not easy to find, it was shown a few hundred meters from our hotel, so we decided to go by walk. But in the middle you need to go through a very steep road, not easy to go and find the place. Secondly, just like other comments said, the reception seems to be perfunctory, you will not been asked for feedbacks. Thirdly, the environment seems to be satisfactory, but it's only separated by curtains, not good for privacy. Finally, for the most important massage process itself, most of the time she use the top of the elbow, not the fingers, very uncomfortable, and we ordered a 2-hour Thai massage, we are expecting more relax, but it is just slowed down to extend a 1 hour to 2 hours. They spent the least time on the shoulders and waist and back, where they should get the most. The price was almost double that of a regular store. We had planned to experience "let's relax" in Bangkok, but this experience in Phuket left me disappointed and determined not to try this any more. What a 5 STARS EXPERIENCE! 😍😍 First, you smell lemongrass the moment you step into place; which immediately gives SPA Vibes! They welcomed us with a drink and cold face towel, asked us to change into their sandals, then we headed to the room. My husband and I booked couples Aroma/Warm oil Message. The room was very clean and tidy, and there was a shower & a bathroom. They provided (disposable underwear, hair cap, and robes). The message was amazing! The ladies were very skilled and they applied good pressure. We relaxed so hard we slept & snored too lol 😂!

Overall an experience I definitely RECOMMEND! And I loved it so much I wanted to book another appointment for the day after 🤭❤️

I should mention that our appointment was at 9:50pm and they close at 11pm. We took a one hour session which means we were their last clients of the day, yet they provided the best experience! Thank you...
