If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would
I came here because of back pain after several days of strenuous water sports and was very clear about my needs. The receptionist told me to wait 20-30 minutes for their best therapist, even though others were available. I assumed it was worth the wait.
When the massage started, it was basic and extremely soft, nothing like what I needed. When she told me to turn over, I politely asked if she could focus on my back pain, and she bluntly said she only did relaxing massages for the 1-hour rate—then asked me to pay more and stay longer if I wanted real treatment. I had a flight to catch and couldn’t extend my time, so I reminded her that I had clearly communicated my needs from the start. Instead of showing any empathy, she got angry and just left—leaving me lying there, naked, without a word of explanation.
I understand that tourists are a revenue source, but sometimes the way we’re treated feels dehumanizing—like all that matters is how much you’ll pay, not whether you’re in pain or even deserve basic respect....
Read moreNormaly when on massage, I almost fall asleep. Here, it was not really possible. All masage moves were so quick and rought, even when she lift my hand or turned my head it was not "careful", it was like I'm just a bag of potatoes. The whole massage felt like the masseus is only rushing somewhere. And it appeared on the time.. I got there at 20:05, choose my massage, got my feet cleaned, waited for them to prepare the room, and 21:01 I was out the door. Max 45 minutes instead of an hour, no relax at all. She stayed in the room as I was underssing instead of leaving to give privacy, and after massage, she half opened the door to hallway while I was dressing up, and again stayed in the room. No tea server afterwards as it's used to everywhere else. Never has such a bad experience...

Phu Massage deserves less than one star – if only that were an option. My wife, daughter, and I sought a relaxing oil massage, and what we got was a complete mockery of the service. The staff members tasked with our "massages" were incredibly unprofessional, dedicating far more time to gossiping and laughing with each other than to actually massaging us. Their inattention was insulting, and the entire experience felt like a rip-off. Honestly, a brief sit in a vibrating airport chair would have provided infinitely more relief and value than this disgrace. This place is a joke, and not a funny one. Do yourself a favor and go literally...
