Just went there with my wife, first image was impressed by their nice interior decorations and minimal design. The customer services lady is nice in the beginning and we both paid for a two hrs package, but just right after we have paid, (so this place you have to paid in advance, which i think is a bit weird but it’s ok… different shops have different rules)… there were several customers came in, supposing we should be guided in and sit down somewhere, we were just left standing there without any assist and one of the customer service lady even asked us to move… i felt like “we got your money already and just wait…” that kinda feeling… i saw some other people got to fill a form and states the pressure and areas of paint etc but we didn’t got service like this… so we just sit down by ourself and wait… ( guess that’s what we can do)… after a while two massage therapists came and guide us in for washing our feet as usual.. then guide us to the room… so once you go in, it is quite small and narrow… comparing the waiting lobby is so much different…. 🙄

we were separated into different room which i think is ok but in most cases, they will ask us whether we need a shared room since they knew we are husband and wife, but in here they never ask… oh well… 🙄🙄

when i get into the room, which is quite small but fare for a thai massage, first of all, it is hot and no ac in this tiny area… i can only see a fan… my massage therapist asked me to change and so i did… for some reason the top shirt doesn’t fit since it’s a small size and i was thinking the massage therapist will give me a bigger one but she said not need so i was wearing a tiny shirt which is tight and cant even button up 🙄🙄🙄

for the massage part is ok, the massage therapist is skilled but i can tell she knows many technique which can save her energy, however, the whole treatment was very disorganized… first with my feet then my legs and then my back and all in a sudden goes back to my feet and then jumps to my head… 🙄🙄🙄🙄

i asked my wife how was it and she complains the herbal ball is not even warm… and supposed to have it for her whole body but her massage therapist only roll it onto her upper body, and only for less then 10 mins… she was confused since she got the package of herbal ball and aroma oils but it turn out more like a thai massage with 10 mins herbal ball massage… by the way her room is super cold, which is so much different than mine🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

overall in such a price.. 3200tbh for 2 where 2 hrs each is not super pricy but is not cheap, which we expected to be much better. one good thing is this place you can walk-in without booking… we chose this one just coz the other one we went were fully booked and this one still have and we knew why after we tried. 😏😏

supposing i giving 2 stars but i gave them one extra coz i spilled my drinks onto their sofa and they quickly reacted and cleaned up and told...

REALLY BAD MASSAGE TECHNIQUE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! over 1000 baht for the worse massage of my life - Me and my friend picked the same full body oil massage package and the treatment was different - absolutely no finesse, almost rubbing the body, my feet was not massaged at all while my friend had. When I told the receptionist about our experience, she simply said “all therapist were tested before they come here, no problem” - what kind of response is that? When I asked why we picked the same package but got different treatment, to which she replied “that’s normal - it’s different treatment because it’s a different therapist”. Doesn’t make sense. I’ve been to many Thai massage places and this is definitely the worse place. Don’t recommend coming here - overpriced and bad massage and bad...

One of the cheap-er ones around this tourist trap area but its bad, not worth the average 1,000 THB price for massage.

Environment was noisy, all masseuse are rushing to finish every session, they are all talking loudly moving here and there, up and down. Gives you the feeling they just want to finish and move on with the next customer.

Skills is also poor. My masseuse kept talking to the one beside her, and was even coaching her on what to do next. Quite alarming when you expect every one to be an expert in this as not to cause injury to any customer.

I ignored all the bad reviews because I was desperate for a massage, hence I experienced it first hand, exactly as described.

Don’t say you were not warned....
