I consider myself a very fussy customer when it comes to finding the right stylist. I only had 2 stylists in the past 12 years. Having a very peculiar set of hair (receding hairline and thick elsewhere) I demand a complete understanding of my needs and excellent skill set for the Asian (straight) type of hair. After a disastrous last haircut with my new stylist (of 18 months) who completely and deliberately botched my hair, I asked Craftsman Voyage stylist to fix it. Which they did with proper discussion and a step by step explanation of each cut. The result is very satisfying. Let's be honest, the quality is way way lower when compared to any Western hairdresser. I can't understand how no one mentions this. I give two stars because they actually cut your hair, but these people should watch videos in youtube on how real hairdressers work in western world and needless to mention, be 10 times for efficient when cutting your hair (it is hair, not fragile glass). It was an impromptu visit to the barber. It’s a two seater almost “cabin sized” store on floor 1 of em quartier. Do have a walk in and book your time slot beforehand then have a walk around the mall.

They were quite professional, offered FOC coffee or tea before haircut as well as a hair wash (as I had some product in it). Definitely took the time to shape your hair and I’m very happy with the results! Best if you have a photo reference for them to follow for best results. They speak basic English which is more than good enough! 900 baht for really great service....
