My family and I booked haircuts at 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm respectively. When the stylist started cutting hair for the 4:00 pm appointment (my family), she suddenly stopped halfway through and went to serve another customer, leaving the first customer waiting with their haircut unfinished.

When the stylist finally returned to continue the 4:00 pm haircut, she kept chatting with other customers while working, causing more delays. In the end, it took one hour and twenty minutes to finish the haircut that started at 4:00 pm.

Meanwhile, the customer (myself) with the 5:00 pm appointment had already been waiting for 20 minutes. Eventually, I decided to give up on the haircut but still paid for the hair wash service (although the stylist apologized and offered the hair wash for free, I insisted on paying out of respect for the staff member who washed my hair and their time and service).

I cannot accept how this stylist showed such disrespect for the customer’s time and experience. This was a very poor haircut experience — it does not reflect the service standards of a Japanese hair salon, nor the professionalism that a Japanese stylist...

Went for the cut, colour, Milbon treatment, olapex and soda shampoo package. Initially I was all good. But at the end I realized the colour had two tones. Thought the team was professional when the stylist apologized and offered to re-colour the area with the darker tone. But to my horror, the staff who re-colour my hair was pulling my hair all over, and the same goes when she did the shampooing and blow dry. I was appalled that they did not redo my treatment for the re-colour area! I assume the service personnel there isn’t aware that treatment should be done always after colour. Overall I am very disappointed with the service level. Despite their attempt to remedy the bad colour works, they made it worse with their bad service instead. I just moved to Bangkok and was looking for a salon to try a new look. I found this place on Gowabi and they had a great package deal that included a cut, colour, perm, and treatment — basically everything for a full hair makeover! The staff were super friendly and professional, and they really listened to what I wanted.

I asked for a hippie perm, which is usually quite tricky to get right, but they absolutely nailed it — the waves came out beautifully and the ash colour matched perfectly.
