Extremely poor management. When I say extremely poor, I mean that the managers show complete disregard for both customers and staff.

First of all, the dining area is freezing, to the point where the waitstaff are visibly uncomfortable, and multiple guests, including myself, complained about it. I approached the manager to address the issue, only to be told that it was a “public area” (hotel zone) and that I should simply move my table. When I pointed out that everyone was freezing, his response was a dismissive “Oh, I’m sorry”—without making any effort to resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, he then pretended not to speak English, despite understanding me perfectly during our initial conversation. This kind of attitude reflects sheer incompetence and disrespect towards customers.

On top of that, they force a 10% service charge, which might be ok for a Coffee Club, but here, you’re essentially paying extra to be ignored and disrespected by an arrogant manager who does absolutely nothing.

This café was once something worth remembering. From 2019 to 2021, it held its place. Reliable coffee, decent atmosphere, staff who actually moved. By 2022, things started slipping. 2023 was weaker. 2024, everything felt off. 2025, it’s mostly gone.

Orders taken then forgotten. Tables left dirty. Customers bringing outside food and staying like it’s their own space. No one cares. A waitress dropped something on the table, muttered “sooolly” and walked off. That was it.

2025 , Much better improvements , I’ve raided both derive and food with two stars , it’s good now and genuine recommendation

Coffee tastes weird now. The food? No idea what they’re doing back there. Even the bar staff just stand there with empty faces like Pop Mart figures. You get the feeling you’re not really welcome. Just pay, take your stuff, and go.
