Oggi pomeriggio sono andata in questo negozio per la manicure e la ceretta alle gambe, era tutto perfetto e la ragazza era molto professionale nel suo lavoro. Mi sono trovata bene e così ho preso anche un appuntamento per fare il colore nero ai capelli alle ore 19.00 ma alle ore 17.30 ho chiamato dicendo che avrei tardato per mezz’ora e hanno risposto che non c’era nessun problema. Arrivata in negozio puntuale (19.30), ho aspettato 15 minuti e la ragazza è venuta dicendomi che non aveva il colore nero. Allora le ho aggiunto dicendo: perché non mi hai detto fin da subito che il colore che volevo non c’era? Lei ha risposto: ero impegnata con i clienti. (Preciso che in quel momento c’ero solo io in negozio) e comunque sia, non si è nemmeno scusata e me ne sono andata. Ho perso del tempo...
