Quick lunch! The owner lady is beyond excellent, she’s also a great chef. Green onion fried rice came out immaculate, very delicious. Simple ingredients with just green onion and eggs but the wok aroma is incredible, rice perfectly seasoned. Ramen shops fried rice usually taste amazing, this one is definitely a strong example.
Creamy shrimp miso ramen was awesome as well. If you currently tired of ordinary, traditional ramen. Just try it. Thick creamy soup with a hint of miso paste, it’s heavy but you can easily finish it. Tasty.
Fried shrimp wontons also addictive, I love to eat it with Kewpie mayo and chili oil. When I ran out of mayo, the owner came up to me and refill more mayo. Talk about awesome hospitality.
During my visit, I witnessed impatient Thai customers who kept asking the owner for the bill while she’s cooking in the kitchen solo, CLEARLY busy. Can’t stand customers like them. For the reviews those complains about owner being rude and such. All you need to do is be a simple human being, be reasonable and you will get to enjoy delicious food.
All I received from the owner was a kind service, smile and delicious...
Read moreJust had a mind-blowing Japanese food experience at Chita Yutaka Tei, and I had to spill the soybeans! 🍣🔥
First off, let me just say Anne at Chita Yutaka Tei is the real MVP. Not only is she a wizard at recommending dishes, but her energy is contagious. If you swing by, make sure to say hi and let her guide your taste buds to glory.
Now, let's talk about the food. I'm pretty sure I had a flavor party in my mouth, and everyone was invited. The sushi was so fresh it practically swam onto my plate, and the tempura? Oh, it was crispy perfection.
The real showstopper, though, was this mind-blowing ramen that looked and smelled to damn good. Almost. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and I'm pretty sure my taste buds are still doing a happy dance.
Ambiance-wise, Chita Yutaka Tei nails it. It's like stepping into a chill izakaya in the heart of Tokyo, minus the jet lag. The vibe is welcoming, and the decor is on point.
In a nutshell, if you're into Japanese food and want a taste experience that's next-level, Chita Yutaka Tei is your spot. Anne and the crew know what's up, and your taste buds will thank you.
Cheers to good...
Read moreThis was my first time I visited this rarem restaurant. The dining experience was very bad!
The female owner(waitress?) was arrogant and impolite. She talked rudely and responded my request indifferently. She made an annoying sound when refilling tissue at another table. It seemed that she was not willing to work and serve customers.
The ramen soup was delicious but the pork was thin and dry. Noodles were overcooked and the texture was a bit too soft. The potion was quite small compared to the price.
Spring rolls were undercooked and you could tell by the color. The spring roll pastry was still soft, not crispy at all.
The walls were dirty and full of dirt. It was unbelievable that it was a Japanese restaurant! No one did the cleaning!
I found that many customers complained about the service but there was no improvement so far. I was so surprised that some customers gave good reviews for...
