Always be aware of those who write " best food I've had on my trip". I lived in Thailand for a year, and not on a touristy island, so I know good authentic Thai food. Whilst some food was cheaper than other places in Chaweng, some items were not. Papaya salad, lacking heat and lime juice, the balance of sweet a and salty also wasn't there. However, there was hardly any shredded carrot, which is a plus. Fried pineapple rice with seafood- lacked the pineapple pieces, as if they had scraped it out and not given most of it back. Mixed veg was ok. Soft shell crab with black pepper - too oily. Best part was the mango sticky rice and best price (for a tourist haven like Samui) 100 baht. We had a wonderful experience at this Thai restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The food was absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic. The portions were generous, and we left feeling completely satisfied. We started with the calamari as an appetizer, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. For the main course, we had the Green Curry with Chicken and the Massaman Curry with Chicken, both served with rice. Every dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with traditional Thai flavors.
The restaurant is tucked away at the end of a quiet side street off the main road, providing a peaceful and cozy atmosphere.
