Horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE.

As someone who has been to Phuket many times and tried different CLEAN massage places, this was the absolute worst. We came on the recommendation of Four Points by Sheraton hotel and have given feedback that this spa should not be recommended to anyone anymore.

The rooms have horrid ambience but that aside, the masseuses were terrible. We paid more than the average rate for a body scrub which we have found to be relaxing in other places and with the price thought that this would meet or surpass expectations. It did not. The massage itself was haphazardly done with my partner and I being massaged at vastly different paces (think multiple steps behind/ahead). My masseuse basically slapped the body scrub on my skin with no massage whatsoever. She also did not touch my feet at all which is quite strange for a full body massage. The body wrap was also done wrongly as when wrapped I was shivering although the wrap is supposed to be warm.

In the end I ended up being a whole 3 steps ahead of my partner due to the masseuses shoddy work and she insisted that I change in the room. Even though I refused and chose to sit on the massage bed. She hurried me off to change and proceeded to strip the massage bed hurriedly. There was no privacy whatsoever. I had to clothe myself again in front of 2 strangers (without even a privacy curtain mind you, I was completely naked in front of both of them) due to their sheer incompetence. At the end she had the audacity to be shocked and storm off when we did not tip her.

Moral of the story: this place is NOT worth it at all. Save your money and go elsewhere where you can get 2 massages for the same price with 10x the quality. Bad service. Bad quality. Bad overall. Would not recommend to anyone. You’d do better to...

What an amazing experience, I've actually never gone for a massage anywhere, in my entire life. My wife goes in for them about twice a week back in America so I was looking to her a lot for backup add to whether or not this massage was looking top be good or not. The decor and ambience of this place gave a good impression right off the bat and my masseuse immediately gave an impression of confidence and experience so i felt more at ease pretty immediately. In high school and in college I wrestled, boxed, and briefly engaged in MMA before difficult or important fights we'd make sure to do more intense assisted stretches and ligament work to help prevent injuries we used a lot of yogic techniques, this was a master class in how we'd been doing it wrong. This was excellent, every joint and tendon pushed to the perfect limit using techniques i had never heard of before. Every muscle and joint in my body feels more pliant than it has since my early training days as a teenager. It's a very deep tissue, calisthenics style of massage different than those accustomed to gentle western massages may be used to but the results were amazing. I turned to my wife afterwards and asked if this was a typical massage, mainly because, the advantages to physical therapy like this would be exactly what I'm looking for in a massage. She looked at me and gave me a flat no, so my first massage may have been my best massage... oh well guess I'll have...

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel relaxed and at ease. One of the highlights of my visit was the thoughtful touch of being served tea both before and after my massage.

The pre-massage tea set the tone for the calming atmosphere, allowing me to unwind even before the massage began. After the massage, I was treated to another delicious cup of tea along with some light snacks, which was a lovely way to complete the session.

The massage itself was fantastic—professional, soothing, and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The attention to detail, from the skilled therapists to the serene ambiance, made this experience one I won’t forget.
