Puluang Thai Massage — Local services in Patong

This massage place is probably the one that I won't imagine walking past by chance. It's deep down an alley (not that dark as some mentioned) with a bar and a few eateries, before making a left turn to see it. Not the most convenient, but definitely one of the better ones!

The environment was alot nicer and has a touch of Thai, unlike the more modern looking or the totally "rustic" ones at patong. The lack of cars and people around the area does help as well.

Price wise, not the cheapest, neither the most expensive (see price list in my pic).

I did a Head, Shoulder and back massage for the first night and it was good. The technique the masseur used was Abit different from most other Thai. I felt so much better at the end of the massage. Only thing that bothered me was the position of my head... Alike most other Thai massage places, they do not have a "hole" for us to put our heads in when lying down. But no big issue for me.

Next day, I did I foot massage at only 250baht (most ard the area are 300, and some are 200bahts) and I realised I really love this environment. Massage was good as well, although slightly softer which I could have easily informed her. But it was so comfortable and I appreciate when they allocate Abt 15min on my hands and back! So it's not entirely on foot but no complaints! My best massage place among my 4 massages during this trip!

Pros - The environment was incredible. Looked professional and relaxing. Great music too. We came here twice. First for foot next day for full body thai. This place lived up to it's reviews for foot massage. If you choose the 250B foot massage you would be surprised that it also entails a little bit of shoulder and back massage. If your massuese is a bit on the gentle end just suggest to them nicely that you'd like it a little deeper. Incredible for it's price and value. Con - if you're looking for full body Thai massage this is a hit or miss. My partner had an incredible experience while I had a very tough and hard session. Thai massage is a deep tissue massage but even after saying it's too strong the masseuse continued to say just relax as a part of my session. So it was really just that one masseuse that ruined...

Worst attitude massage lady I have ever met in Thailand. Rude, impatient, disrespectful and finishes the massage earlier than what I paid for. Feels like she has been trying to hurt you, had to tell her to be gentler throughout the massage. I feel fortunate that I didn’t get injured during her massage.

I asked for a normal foot massage. Somehow the lady decided to “upgrade” it to some fancier version without telling me. Only found that out when paying the bill.
