Updated in 2025 Its not worth the price anymore. The quality and services have been degraded and no more breakfasts are included. Despite 3rd visit and long stay early checkin was also not possible. Better to stay in cheap hotels with almost same services but at reasonable prices. Overall you will come to sleep only here at night around 2-3 am and everyday 🤣🤣
Lot of better options nearby available

Looking for a place that is clean, serves a sumptuous breakfast buffet, has a gorgeous rooftop swimming pool, and is located in a prime location in Patong Beach? Look no further than this amazing hotel!
Staying here was an exceptionally pleasant experience for me. I was impressed with how clean the rooms were and how friendly and welcoming the staff were. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, which immediately put me at ease.
I was even more thrilled to find out that they offered free parking for both cars and bikes. This was a huge relief as I rent a bike.
The buffet breakfast that they provided every morning was nothing short of amazing. It was one of the best breakfasts I have had at any hotel. The selection of food was mouth-watering, and I always left feeling satisfied and ready for the day ahead.
But the highlight of my stay had to be the rooftop swimming pool. The views were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day out exploring the area. And to add a cherry on the cake, the hotel even provided bathrobes, which made my swimming experience even more luxurious.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a prime location, with superb facilities, clean rooms, and courteous staff. It's the perfect spot to stay if you're looking for an unforgettable vacation on...
Read moreThe rooms are beautiful and modern. And the location is unbeatable, being only 1 block away from the beach and 1 block away from Bangla Road and other nearby attractions and conveniences in abundance.
Unfortunately the staff and service of the staff is sorely lacking and leaves a lot to be desired.
When we first arrived, we came off a mini bus with some strangers who happened to also be staying at the same hotel. We walked in to check in at virtually the same time, but they arrived moments ahead of us. It was 10:00. They easily gave that couple their room key and allowed them an early check in. Then they told us we had to wait until 15:00 before we can check in. When I asked them why, and asked why they allowed the other couple to check in immediately, they had no answers and talked in circles. Then my fiance found out and demanded to talk to a manager. That's when they went into their computer and suddenly found a room available for us. How interesting.
I have some theories. Mostly white people stayed in the best building right on top of the lobby... and I noticed mostly Asians and other ethnicities stayed in the back buildings where it took longer to walk and was more out of sight. It didn't matter that we are American, the fact that we weren't white was enough. Maybe it was an age thing? We're relatively younger. The couple that got a room immediately were old and white. Smelled like they're really trying to present an image of white patrons at their hotel. So American minorities, just beware.
Staff was combative, unhelpful, elusive, and their general attitude gave off a feeling of not feeling welcome at this hotel. Didn't feel like the staff was really trying to help unless they had to. They don't smile or greet you, they seem irritated to be at work.
Not sure I would recommend...
Read moreDisappointing Experience – Overpriced and Poor ServiceI booked an expensive room expecting a premium experience, but upon arrival, the receptionist tried to give me a different room that did not match my booking. After I complained, they attempted to offer an even worse room, claiming that a “city view” meant facing a wall inside the building. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.Thankfully, the manager, Nick—a very professional and efficient German gentleman—stepped in and resolved the issue quickly. Thanks to him and Trip.com, I eventually got the correct room.Room & Facilities: • The water quality was poor. After just two showers, my white shower filter turned brown, which is unacceptable for a high-priced hotel. • While the room itself was clean, the bathroom design was inconvenient—the sink is on an island far from the mirror, making it difficult for shaving or applying makeup.Noise & Atmosphere: • The hotel was extremely noisy. Doors slammed constantly, especially at night, and intoxicated guests made a lot of noise. • One night, a loud argument involving a French girl broke out on the third floor at 2 AM, but the reception staff did nothing to intervene. • To make matters worse, there is a boxing ring beneath the rooms, adding even more noise.Pricing & Location: • The hotel is severely overpriced for what it offers. • The location is average, but construction nearby creates noise and unpleasant smells.Overall, the experience was disappointing, mainly due to the attempt to downgrade my room and the lack of control over noise issues. If the management wants to charge premium prices, they should focus on honesty, professionalism, and customer satisfaction rather than trying to cut corners.Would not recommend staying here at this...
