I WILL NOT COME HERE ANYMORE!!! Shamed shamed shamed!
I have been coming here since the spa was first open in 2022. Over the last years. I was totally in love with the place. The food was always great back then, as well as the attentive of all the staffs. Everything was a dream.
It's not the same experience I got today. The communication with the staff was almost impossible in the restaurant, and the towel bar area. I understand that there weren't Thai. So I tried to speak English with them yet still impossible, so i ended up just pointing at the things that I wanted.
My food today was like microwave food. I ordered Salmon Bowl, which looks nothing like how I used to receive it in the past. Salmon was very fishy, and the rice was tough and partly cold and partly hot! I was too hungry to send it back, and since the communication between myself and the restaurant staff was not possible. I thought that I would let them know at the reception, but they were checking in tour groups . I didn't want to disturb when they're doing their job. I decided to wait until I checked out later. They seem professional enough.
I went back upstairs to use the onsen again. However, my towel was soaking wet because I dropped them just before in the shower, so I asked the towels bar if I could have a fresh one to replace the wet one. However, the staff, He didnt understand Thai that well. After a lecture to me about how I was supposed to have just 1 towel. Then he said that he would send one in for me in the changing room. (I could not understand why he couldn't just give me one right there to take it in with me?) So I went back and waited for 10 mins. But nothing came. This was a second disappointment.
I had enough, so I just wanted to leave.
I came down to the reception. She didn't care to ask for how my experience was today since I am almost their regular customer.
So I ask if I can give her the feedback about today. She said; ok (ก็ได้ค่ะ)
So I told her about the food. She did not take anything future and all she cared for was for me to pay my bill and leave. If she want me to pay 220 for something that was so bad then I will. However, the whole of the guest feedback is priceless for the business to growth better. Which she didn't care to note anything down or call for her supervisor to make sure that things like this will not happen to another guest ever again! I got so mad, and I didn't want to have anything to do with "Let's relax" anymore. So I told her to delete my profile in their system as I won't be coming back anymore!
So she deleted me from her system without any hesitation. I believe that she thinks she has enough Chinese customers to keep this Let's Relax branch going.
To treat one of your regular guests this way . SHAMED ON YOU.

I would like to share my recent experience at Let’s Relax Onsen Pattaya, which unfortunately turned out to be deeply disappointing.
Yesterday was my first time visiting an onsen, and I chose Let’s Relax because of its reputation and promotional materials that portrayed a peaceful, relaxing environment. I was looking forward to a calm soak and some quiet time. However, the reality was far from what I expected.
During my visit, a man—presumably of Korean nationality based on the language he spoke—entered the onsen area with two young children, approximately 5–6 years old. While the father went to relax in one of the pools, the children were left unsupervised. They ran around the facility, screamed loudly, jumped into the pools repeatedly, and entered and exited the steam room continuously.
The most concerning behavior included one child standing and urinating near the bathing area, and both children spitting into the water. This behavior not only disrupted the peaceful atmosphere but also raised serious hygiene concerns. What should have been a serene and restorative experience turned into something more akin to a chaotic public swimming pool.
Equally troubling was the lack of response from staff. Several employees were nearby, casually chatting in a group, and made no effort to intervene or address the inappropriate behavior.
Given the 750 baht entry fee, I had expected a much higher standard of service and atmosphere. To add to the disappointment, the sauna room was also out of order on the day of my visit.
I strongly urge the management to consider implementing and enforcing stricter policies regarding child access to the onsen area. If children are to be allowed, parents should be held accountable for their supervision. In cases of rule violations, staff must be empowered to take appropriate action, including asking disruptive guests to leave, in order to maintain the comfort and safety of all patrons.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements in the service quality and onsen experience at Let’s Relax Pattaya.
