I think the barrista doesn't know how to make a regular hot cappuccino, the foam occupied half the cup, looked weird (too airy, light), the taste was below average, luke-warm even when asked for extra hot. When asked about merchandise, the man at the counter couldn't answer if it's apple pie or not. The Berry cheese cake was ok, but a bit sour, the chocolate one didn't contain any chocolate, more like a chocolate cheese or pudding, both seemed to be made with low grade ingredients, you can taste the oil when eating it and the aftertaste is not pleasant.
