Coming very often to Phuket and usually I go to Kims or Phagamast for Massage. In general, the massages at both shops are OK. Sometimes a little better, sometimes a little worse. It also depends on which masseur you are assigned to. 6 months ago Thai Massage was here 300 baht and now 400 baht! That is a price increase of 33% within 6 months. Phagamast also increased from 350 baht to 400 baht. I accept price increases without any problems. There is high inflation worldwide and in Thailand too. But unfortunately the price developments here are too extreme and are more in the direction of tourist rip-offs than understandable increases. My favorite Thai restaurant still sells its dishes for a very reasonable 60 baht without any increases or loss of quality. What also surprises me is that there are almost no customers in the shops at the moment. It is peak season and last December/January the shops were always completely full and you had to make appointments. I have been here for 3 weeks now and both shops were mostly completely empty. If you search a little more you will find a better Thai massage for 250 to 300 baht close by and not at the...
Read moreOne of the most horrible experiences I had. Terrible customer service! The room I was taken for massage was very small, dirty and hot. Massage table was half broken. This massage place does not adhere to traditional Thai Hygiene. Massage table had half linen and upper half of my body was exposed laying on leather table. Therapist did not have any technical knowledge on proper Thai massage. I asked them to stop 30 mins into the service of my 2:30 minutes of therapy booking. Front office did not even bother to inquire what was wrong. I would’t recommend even my enemy to visit this dirty horrible...
Read moreThis use to be one of the best places in town. I would drive over 1 Hour just to come here for a massage. It has become nothing but a leg rubbing massage. They literally don't know what they are doing. A foot reflexology that touched my foot for 2 min. Rubbing oil on legs is not a foot massage. Not only do people pay upfront for the service and are also willing to tip but not with this kind of service.
I wish the owners would reach out to the needed support for management and facility maintenance. There's plenty of people willing to...
