RATING:-5! Went to this Leteva for massage with my parents and daughter (7years old). My dad having the fully body massage and we ladies opted for the foot massage.The manager told me that we can do it all the same time. Upon entering, we were not seated together. My mum was told to sit at the 1st level, my dad went to 2nd floor for his body massage and me and my daughter was told to climb up further till the 4th level! Stairs was very steep! They didn’t even switch on the lights before asking us to climb up! The room wasn’t even prepared at all. The aircon was just switch on when we entered the room. So stuffy! After the massage, saw my parents outside and then my dad told me he didn’t had his massage and came out 15mins just after he went in. 1st, The guy that was massaging him was not even a properly trained masseuse! Kept asking my dad how long? 1hour or 1.5hr? 2nd, keep massaging the same spot, only after my dad feedback, he then change the spot same area and and didn’t know how to do properly at all! Lastly, using all his weight he at stepped on my dad’s back! That was the last straw for my dad! My dad talked to the manager, she did offer to change another masseuse for him but the mood was already damaged! IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANAGER TO ENSURE THAT THE ASSIGNED MASSEUSE IS TRAINED AND BECAUSE WANTING TO EARN MONEY AND ANYHOW! This is not right and NOT PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS...

Queue management is terrible, especially at night when the crowds come in. They promise you a 5 min wait, but then they persuade to let other people come into their outlet before you (because you've already placed your order and they know you'll be their customer). And the 5 min wait becomes 30 min. And then when you ask them why it took so long (and why every 5 min they say 5 min more), they say that oh, thai massage was 5 min more, but foot massage needed to wait. We initially wanted to do 1 x thai massage (350b), 3 x foot + head shoulder massage (350b), but we eventually got so pissed at them because one person was already inside doing Thai massage when they finally told us that the rest WOULD NEED TO CONTINUE WAITING. Ugh. And when we confronted them about how they let people go in before us the lady with the book doing queue management was really really unapologetic.

The masseues are generally nice and professional. But management really isn't great. I do not recommend this place especially since there are many others in massage alley 😂 we should have walked right off like we'd intended to when we saw how full the interior was, but we were persuaded to stay too with the "5...

I was booking online for 4 pax including me. Me and my other one friend had the best experience during our 90 minutes, Thai Aromatic Full Body Massage. The terapist is young very nice and overall for both of us having the good time. But not for my other two friends since we got seperate room my friend couldnt complain to me and their terapist is already old and didnt feel like massage where supposed to be it feels like coddle coddle if you know what I mean. They so dissapointed and complaining to me. So when our session done and we are waiting for our tea and put our shoes on I try to complain to I assume she's the manager of this place but she said to me you should complain to me and saying sorry but how we do complain when she standing in front of the massage place while we do the massage on 3rd floor??? So dissapointed

My poin is if youre getting the terapist that didnt give you the proper massage complain directly even if they didnt understand ask them to stop and tell them to call the manager.
