The Pizza Company Phenix Pratunam — Restaurant in Thanon Phetchaburi Subdistrict

I’ll start with the good. The pizza itself was delicious. Perfect crust and sauce. The dining room was fairly clean. Now on to the negatives: the service was terribly slow despite there only being three tables with customers. We ordered pizzas with sausage (and other toppings, which were good), but their idea of “sausage” was a couple of slices of what appeared to be a hot dog on each pizza. We wanted one large and one medium pizza but they said they can’t make a large for some reason that was lost in translation. We ordered 4 Thai milk teas but they did not show up until 15 minutes after we finished eating. I’ve been to other Pizza Company locations in Thailand and noticed service is always a bit slow, but this was was the worst by far. We usually love The Pizza Company when we go to Thailand. Though at this particular restaurant there were a few issues. Firstly I was unable to to get a small size pizza, they said there were none left, I can only eat a small and I’m also vegetarian so my options are limited which I accept, but unable to get a small size in anything, so I had to opt for the tomato spaghetti. I received my order quickly. But I had finished my meal and my husbands had not arrived. When asking where his pizza was one staff member said “oops” with hand over mouth and they quickly got it out of the oven, they had forgotten and it was over cooked. We went there at around 10.20pm and as we went inside the server told us to sit in a specific area because the rest of the restaurant was mopped and they were ready to close. But it was mentioned that they normally close at 12. Also they have already switched off the a/c. The server was not looking happy at all , very grumpy face. We asked her to switch on the a/c and she replied that she needed two minutes and never did switch on.
