The experience at this Let's relax branch was disorganized. (I have visited a lot but this one is a bit disappointing..) When we arrived on time for our booking, we had to wait 15 minutes before the receptionist even asked for our booking information. We were then told by the receptionist that we needed to do a foot massage in the same room BEFORE the 120-minute Thai massage, as the sharing room was full.
We agreed to this, but when we were escorted to the cleaning area, the therapists seemed lost and unsure of what to do. We sat there with our feet in the water, waiting for them to assist us, but they did not help us clean our feet. After a few minutes, the receptionist returned and said we could actually do the foot massage AFTER the Thai massage, and would be assigned a different therapist in the sharing room downstairs. Ok fine - We agreed.
Following the 120-minute Thai massage, the therapist suddenly said we needed to wait as another therapist would come to do the foot massage. When we questioned this, as we had been told we would go downstairs, the therapist left and then returned saying we could go down. We asked if we should change first, and the therapist said no, but then proceeded to open the door while we were in the middle of changing.
Additionally, the air conditioning in the massage room was set too cold the entire time, and the therapist never asked if the pressure was appropriate during the massage..
Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and disrespect for our privacy made this a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I hope the management at Let's relax can address these issues to provide a more professional and enjoyable service for...
Read moreREAD this before coming! This is a very bad parlor from the "Lets relax" chain!!! Not worth your money!
I love "Lets relax" massages and have been to others, but this one was a disappointment.
For the "Dream package" (and probably others) They don't give you the private room. In other parlors you have the room to lay down on a matress, here you are in a room full of people sitting on a very uncomfortable chair for leg and hand massage. Since its loud from all the people coming in and out you can't relax. You do not get to lay down even for the back and shoulder massage, as they make you get up and move to another chair in the same room. Defeats the purpose of "relax" in "Lets relax"
They didn't give the usual tablet or paper to point out the strength you want the masseuse to use and the 5 points they should avoid or focus on. As a result the masseuse ended up hurting my leg a few times, because I have a trauma.
They dont use the warm towel to wrap your feet in like in other places.
Masseuses are nice and have strong hands, however this parlor's policy doesn't allow for a good experience.
Overall the only difference between this place and any otger street massage parlor...
Read moreI'm generally wary of massage places and this franchise came highly recommended by a friend. The 1st round, I felt it was very commercial (which in the 1st place is why they're a franchise) - however, the 2nd time I went back (due to proximity to hotel), I'd a superb masseuse. This made a world of difference. I could feel that she's really passionate about what she is doing and she asked very clear questions on what areas I would like to focus on. And the checked periodically if I was all right with the pressure applied. I'd say, that your masseuse here would make a difference. If you get one who's serious about what she's executing, you'd have a wonderful experience. If you get one who just wants to get the job done and disappears for 10 mins. Then, you'd not have that pleasant an experience. At the end of of your session, you are served with mango sticky rice which IMHO, is better than some F&B outlets mango sticky rice! It's delicious!
During the time I came, they have a free thermos for services above THB1000. But this isn't applicable to all outlets. Just specific to...
