I have doubts about the opening time. The market itself might only open early but it will be useless if most shops are still closed.
The Market itself is very clean, there are meat, seafood shops, vegetables & fruits stalls, flowers and many more. The price is a bit higher compared to other markets I've tried. The second floor is a big dining area with many tables but there are few food stalls. Most are closed. We planned to eat breakfast here but there were not much options.
