Great time ! I booked very last minute, only 3 days in advanced. The company organized everything from landing at the airport to leaving the last airport. I booked the most expensive package with nicer hotels, flights and transfers and it was well worth it! ( really not that much of a difference honestly, you only live once! ) Beautiful private Mercedes sprinter van transfers, nice hotels, small group tours in nice vans. The owner and his appointed staff were also just a quick text away for anything you needed and were very Professional.

Now about the trip. I'm a solo female traveller in my 30s and I thought it was great! I felt safe at all times! Istanbul and the rest of the toured areas are just like being it any other European country like Rome or South France etc. it's not like downtown Cairo , Egypt which is what I excepted. A lot of other words travellers of all ages on the tours too😄 Old city Istanbul was great, Cappadocia was lovely. Highly recommend the balloon tour and also waking up to watch them the next morning. Go to a nice Turkish cave style restaurant!! One of my favourite parts of the trip. Flying to stay on the coast and see Ephesus , which was also was great. Nice change from the desert hehe. (Oh! You can also upgrade your flights to first class for only +$20! Well worth it. )

The Roman ruins are STUNNING. The cotton cloud mountain of pamukkale was amazing ! Definitely a site to see.

I only did a 5 day tour and I felt that was enough. There are nice costal areas which would be beautiful in the summer time + Gobekli tepe which I wasn't able to see this trip due to flights being full but I will be back to see that for sure!
