This restaurant is not gluten-free friendly, and I strongly recommend that anyone with celiac disease stay away.

We gave this place three chances, and each visit was a disaster for my husband, who has celiac disease.

First Visit: We informed the staff about my husband’s condition, and they seemed very professional. We left happy and planned to return.

Second Visit: Despite repeatedly explaining his gluten-free needs before ordering and when receiving the dishes, they served rice cakes containing gluten, touching the meat we ordered for BBQ—a clear cross-contamination issue. It was extremely difficult to get the waiter to understand the seriousness of the situation. We left without eating, and the manager apologized, promising measures to prevent this in the future.

Third Visit: After hearing they introduced a gluten-free menu, we decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, the same incompetent waiter served us. Once again, we emphasized that everything had to be gluten-free. The waiter brought a mix of gluten-free and non-gluten-free dishes and lied, claiming the rice cakes were gluten-free. When we asked him to double-check with the chef, it turned out they were not gluten-free—just like before.

They replaced the contaminated meat, but by then, we had completely lost trust. To compensate us, they offered a 10% discount, which does not make up for the stress and the fact that my husband was glutened again.
