Love that I got discriminated against as an Emirati one day before commemoration day and 3 days before national. I paid for an item worth 39 dhs and was exiting the store. The electric door peeped so a security approached me and looked at the item and requested the bill. I told him that I donât have the bill but here look at my bank transaction that clearly states that I just paid the exact amount of the said item and it mentions virgin mega store. He proceeds to say that it is not sufficient proof and calls someone to go check if I actually paid for the item or not. I was insulted by that and told him I no longer want the item and that I want my money back. He explains to me that itâs procedure to check whomever it is the gate peeps on, which sounds logical and to be honest also fair. They return the money and I was exiting. I remembered that earlier that day I purchased from the same virgin so I went back to return those items as well. I went back to the store and literally someone left the store with a book they didnât pay for, the gate peeped and THEY WERE NOT STOPPED. Took the person a solid minute to realize that oh I didnât pay for this and they brought it back. Why did the security stop me, but not them? Does the procedure only...

I tried contacting customer service via WhatsApp, and they confirmed there are some delays due to logistics problem and that I will be updated soon, However, they never delivered, and they cancelled my order the next day without updating me ! When I tried calling, i didn't reach anywhere. They promised me to get me the manager on a call, which never happened. I tried to complain via contacting a kind manager from a different branch whom has promised he would reach out to the team and escalate this problem, but still nobody has called me back till now. There are no updates on my refund either. This is extremely disappointing. I was always a loyal customer, and I'm extremely sad about how the service...

I was following up with them, they kept throug the task everytime on a new customer representative. NO FOLLOW UP AND no proper backup to handle customer complaint.
They kept me waiting for more than one hour and when I asked them where the is the item, they told me the one who supposedly handle my case left for the day !??????????!!!!!!!!!!!
When asked for the branch manger or Supervisor he did not solve it, HE BLAMMED HIS TEAM!!!!!!!
SUCH A BAD MANAGEMENT AND TERRIABLE AFTER SALES SERVICES.
I HOPE THEY REPLAC THE STAFF FOR THEIR IN-PROFESSIONALISM AND TERRRIBLE...
