National Geographic Ultimate Explorer AD — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

If you really care about your money better not to buy any stuff from this store. I am surprise to see a reputative company like National Geographic open the store and giving such service. I reliasied when I expereinced myself recently. I visited this shop with a Telescope reqmt with a usecase in my mind. They sold the telescope device with all false promises. The moment I reached home, I read about the product features and found there is no such feature and whateverthey committed there is no such case avilable. I called them immediately and they not answered but I able to raise my concern through their official whatsapp number. Next day early morning they called, first they pushed all possible way not take it back and than they request me to wait for thier management approval. Their answers I realised they wouldnot take this back and buying time from me. This device is expensive so went to their shop and request them to keep the device ( in original unopened packaging) and once they get confirmation from their management they can return the amount. I offered them to check the device / packaging condition in front of me but they negected and took the device from me. for refund they ask me to wait for their managment answer. Same day late afternoon, they refuse to refund with a reason the device packaging has a one small crack. ( Photo attached). Definetely it was not by me but their staff wanted to blame so they dont have to refund. Never write any negative comment in life but sometimes it is important to help other users like me so they can decide wisely. I wish google have less then one star I would have dedicated to @nationalgeographic Al maryah branch. The biggest disappointing part is their ground staff doesnt have any knowledge about any product and if your request to speak with their management they would never come in front to handle such issues neither their staff provide any contact of their management. I would request everyone to think twice before you buy any stuff from here and never believe their ground staff because they not carry any knowledge about the products they are selling and do false promises to customer unnecessarily. There is no return policy the moment you out of their gate they will not take back your item in any scenario. They will find 100 reasons why they shld not take back even if you return in span of half n hour and same condition. Daily we buy from many brands but never thought a poor response from a big brand...

I LOVE this place!

It is Kids' activity space located in Galleria Mall, my favorite. This is 'God' National Geographic's Ultimate Explorer store, which is famous for nature, science, and documentary content

Admission fee for children AED80 (2 hours max on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays , no time limit in weekday) an accompanying adult of AED40

The shop has lots of goods related to National Geographic I visited it on the weekend and used it for an hour and a half There are 6 themes of attraction including indoor gym Our children love them very much Especially, rapids and space travel are the best. Thanks to this, mom and dad can go shopping feel like free.
