Had the worst experience with them. The cruise AC and bbq griller stopped working in the middle of the sea. We haven’t got the chance to eat a single bite. All food got wasted, extremely embarrassing moment for us in front of our invited guests. First they said we refund you 70% when we were in the sea, and when they came back on the shore they refused to refund anything, instead just provided us with only 100aed as a compensation of griller which is not even 5-7% and they kept us waiting for 1.5 hours on the shore without even considering that we have a baby with us. Their staff is very clever and reported all wrong timings to the team as they were responsible. From the beginning their staff is asking for Tip, without any services. I had a bit of trouble securing a sunset slot with the usual yacht companies, as they were all fully booked. So, I started reaching out to some new ones on Instagram and that's when I discovered ANS Yacht. From the start, their staff was incredibly warm, humble, and accommodating. Patricia went above and beyond to secure a sunset slot for us. Even though we were 30 minutes late due to parking issues, she was gracious enough to accommodate us and even gave us an extra 20 minutes. The captain kindly waited for us near Gate 1, which was much appreciated. The yacht was beautifully decorated for a gender reveal party, and the onboard staff was equally helpful. Worst yacht company and not reliable! I contacted their official number given on their official page (including this official Google maps page direct contact). They told me to make the down-payment and then started ignoring my calls after they thought I had already paid. I messaged and called so many times, but no response.
