Park Apartments Dubai, an Edge By Rotana Hotel — Hotel in Dubai

My son and I have just had 4 nights here. Check in was easy, no issues whatsoever. During this time we were told that our breakfast would be served in the Timo restaurant in the Rotana hotel just a very short walk away.

The apartment was fab, it had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and free WiFi. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log (although the heat may have contributed to that!!) We never ran out of hot water for showers and the air conditioning was super cold (which is needed!)

The breakfast was amazing, I could have stayed there all day. The staff in this hotel were equally as lovely and couldn't do enough for you. There was something for everyone as they catered for most nationalities. We did eat dinner in Timo on our first night as were tired. Not a huge choice in the evening and prices charged at hotel prices but again, it was very tasty.

The rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels are provided.

The pool is a decent size and has the sun over it for most of the day. There are just a few umbrellas bit you can find shade as the day wears on. It is also manned by life guards.

My son used the gym each day and said that it had all that he needed, so he was happy.

Location wise - there's not a great deal to do in the immediate area, however, I found this to be a good thing as it was quieter. There are some local cafés and supermarkets close by and the tube station is a 5-10 min walk away. Taxis are reasonably priced and will pick you up from the main entrance to the apartments.

Checkout was as easy as check in, no problems whatsoever.

My only gripe would be that there is no courtesy room. We had a late late flight and had to check out at midday. We were allowed to use the gym changing rooms to shower but they were quite warm and lacked some items that were needed (towels, shower gel, hair dryer) It wouldn't put me off staying here but I would definitely look at my flight times more next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Apartments, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. Every aspect of my stay, from the accommodation to the staff, exceeded my expectations.

Firstly, the accommodation itself was remarkable. The property provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and offered all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The staff at the Park Apartments deserve special recognition. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Ala at the front desk greeted me warmly and made the check-in process seamless. His professionalism and friendliness set a positive tone for the rest of my stay.

The housekeeping staff and manager also deserve high praise. I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Nang, my housekeeping staff, for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that my room was immaculate and comfortable throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and dedication were truly commendable.

Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Roney, who consistently showed genuine care and concern for my well-being. His warm and attentive nature made me feel valued as a guest, and I appreciate the extra effort he put into making my stay comfortable.

Overall, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the Park Apartments for making my stay truly memorable. Their commitment to excellence and their genuine care for guests' satisfaction are truly commendable. I always choose the Park Apartments whenever I'm in town, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.

I cannot help myself sharing my experience with this place since it has been only misery and disgust since the beginning. I believe you all have an understanding about “cleaning” - how to do it, what is clean and what is not. But absolutelt Rotana Park Apartments employees and management do not. I swear i am not an obsessed person with cleaning, but even this is not bearable for me. The room floor is ALWAYS in dust despite they “clean” every week three times. I saw how they clean it, either their machine is not working, or they are blind. I wanted them to mop it, they just drop on the floors a bit of their sticky cleaning liquid and that’s it. The kitchen is in dust and rust - you cannot even turn on and off the buttons because the buttons are not moving because of the rust. You want to use the cupboards, oven, or cooking area? Good luck if you do not throw up. I have been staying here for the last 5 months and i still did not have the courage to touch the oven (true story). Generally i work when day clean, so i look at the afterwards with a hope of cleanliness, but dissappointment every time. One day, i was at home when they were cleaning, and i saw them cleaning my toilet closet, and immediately organizing my towels and touching other areas with the same gloves, with all the dirtyness of toilet. They use the same mop for bathroom and kitchen. Afterwards i told them to NEVER touch my kitchen. I could write here million things like it. A complete disgust. Ah, cherry on the top, i wake up every day with some disgusting food smell, and i have it during the day, heavy garlic, curry… even when writing this i want to throw up. This is an hopeless...
