Marbella Holiday homes — Hotel in Dubai

I recently stayed at Marbella Holiday Homes and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Dubai Airport and Dubai Mall, making it convenient for travelers.

However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. The carpets were filthy, and the furniture was visibly dirty and stained, which made the stay feel less comfortable. Additionally, the provided amenities were quite minimal—basic essentials like dish soap, a sponge for the sink, and laundry detergent were not available. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told to purchase these items from a nearby convenience store, which was inconvenient.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the road leading to the building is a dirt road due to ongoing construction in the area, so be prepared for that.

We are staying for 14 days and for the past 1 week we have stayed, I can call this hotel one of the worst hotels I have stayed here in Dubai. Staff are not very accommodating and service is very poor when it comes to customer requests even for simple hotel room needs. And STAFF DOES NOT HAVE CONSIDERATION ESPECIALLY THIS NIGERIAN SECURITY GUARD THAT WILL WAKE YOU UP 4am just to move your car in the parking because apparently they allow other cars to park in 2 spaces parking. WILL EVEN RAISE HIS VOICE TO THE CUSTOMER JUST TO PROVE HIS POINT. NO CONSIDERATION THAT CUSTOMER MIGHT BE RESTING. EVEN THE FRONT DESK OFFICER WILL JUST WATCH AND STAND AND LET THEIR SECURITY GUARD TREAT GUESTS UNPROFESSIONALLY. THE WORST! Poor management of the place. The Manager has poor behavior and customer service. Receptionists are only doing what they are told. Apartments are spacious and well decorated.

Dear Marbella Holidays Home, Following your reply I can say that I do not know what you are referring too regarding the 30 teens and only 4 guests. That was not related to my feedback. I was living alone and never troubled anyone. But upon my check-out I had to deal with the Manager who spoke to me like I was an animal and using extremely poor language. I did not like that at all.
