Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel — Hotel in Dubai

I’m currently staying at the hotel and would like to share my experience with full transparency and professionalism.

To start with the positives — the room was perfectly prepared as requested, with an extra bed and baby cot ready upon arrival. The rate offered was fair, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained, and overall, the facilities are of good standard.

However, there are serious issues that significantly affected my comfort and overall experience: Noise Disturbance in the Room: Despite staying on the 10th floor at the far end of the hallway, loud music and event noise from the lower floors clearly reached my room. Additionally, the emergency exit door right next to my room is used by staff as a service passage, and the sound of service trolleys moving back and forth — especially late at night — was unreasonably loud for a five-star hotel. Poor Valet and Parking Management: Tonight around 10 PM, I returned to the hotel with my family and kids, only to find the valet area in complete chaos. Cars were blocking the entrance, and I couldn’t even reach the main door to safely drop off my family. When I spoke to the valet supervisor, his response was unprofessional and dismissive — he simply said: “This is the situation. We don’t have enough drivers. You’ll have to wait, or just leave your car where it is and go.” Expecting a guest to leave their car in the middle of the street and unload children in unsafe conditions is absolutely unacceptable — especially from a hotel claiming to offer five-star service.

The staff’s response reflected a lack of basic hospitality training and a serious gap in operational management. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also puts guest safety at risk.

While I appreciate the hotel’s prior response to an earlier complaint — including a goodwill offer — the recurring nature of these issues, particularly those affecting comfort and safety, have led me to a firm decision: I will not be staying at this property again. It’s frustrating when each visit turns into a stressful experience, draining time and energy — when the purpose of the stay is to relax and enjoy.

Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our stay. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The pool area provided a perfect escape for relaxation, and the fitness center was well-equipped for those looking to stay active. Wow what an amazing hotel in every way, It was an exciting stay in this unique and wonderful hotel. we arrived at 3pm and the reception staff were so helpful and kind. They upgraded us to a suite which was out of this world. They have everything to make you feel comfortable and entertained. I did not feel bored for a single moment, starting with the good reception, Thanks to Ms. Maria and The lady who was checking out us unfortunately i forgot her name. She was so nice & polite and thanks to whole team as well. All the pools were fantastic and not overcrowded with people. We had breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant had the best food I have tasted in Dubai. There was such a variety of sweet and savoury foods. The dessert always looked so carefully decorated and they tasted delicious 😋! Thanks to Ms. Julian i hope that name is correct. She was so nice with us. She always ready to help everyone as family. The room was clean and tidy thanks to housekeeping and specially thanks to mr. Ghanshyam, Mr. Ishaan, Mr. Irfaan and Ms. sabina as well. Normally I would have something negative to say because this hotel could not be perfect but I have to say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and have recommended to all my friends and family to check it out.
