After a lot of thoughts and continued disappointment I thought of writing this feedback
I understand this was one of those high occupancy days which you encounter however I believe the team are effectively and efficiently trained to handle such situations with which we guest believe in the brand like Hilton and book our stays. I have been a diamond member for Hilton and even a discoverist for Hyatt and have a fair enough understanding of how hotels operate.
My stay has just started and has not been less than any roller coster experience of encountering numerous highly unprofessional experiences. Now as I doubt how the stay is going to be ahead, I thought it is important for me to highlight this.
Just to drop few instance for your review, let me pen it down
Pathetic check in experience- I understand the hotel is busy and may be you have a group checking in however I completely do not understand a case which takes 45 Minutes for a guest to be in que and complete his check in moreover an additional 15 minutes for room to be get ready when the supposed to be check in time is 1500 hours and i checked in at 16:30 hours.
The team at front desk, valle and other members aren’t happy to see guests I believe as from the time I checked in I don’t think there was any warm wishes or a smile also on anyones face. Which is definitely just a courtesy still missing !!
To what I understand, Hilton Honor Desk is for the members and is a privilege for members to get the same at priority, also to what I believe the desk should never be un attended as per policy however there was no team member there to attend the guest and only 2 members (I believe 1 was you) attending a huge flow of guest?
After a lot of hustles, finally when I got my room (which is not at all as per the diamond member status - No upgrades/ No welcome Amenities and a small spaced room), the room unfortunately doesn’t has basic toiletries, Bathroom Slippers and a non functional hair dryer to make my stay more memorable ?

My recent staycation at DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jaddaf was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the signature warm cookie—a small gesture that set the tone for the exceptional hospitality I experienced throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows, which offered stunning views of the Dubai skyline. The hotel’s amenities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, were top-notch and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the staycation.
One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast service. The buffet spread was an absolute delight, catering to all tastes and preferences. Whether you crave a hearty international breakfast or prefer lighter, healthier options, this hotel has you covered. There was a wide variety of freshly baked pastries, including flaky croissants and warm muffins, alongside an assortment of breads and spreads. The live cooking station for omelets and pancakes was particularly impressive, with chefs customizing orders to perfection.
I also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of local Middle Eastern dishes, which added a unique flavor to the breakfast experience. The hummus, labneh, and freshly baked pita were standout choices. To top it all off, the fresh fruit juices and aromatic coffee made for the perfect morning boost. The staff at breakfast were incredibly attentive, ensuring that every table was well-served and that guests felt valued.
The overall service at the hotel was impeccable, with the staff always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Special mention to staff members Tabish and Shrishti. Whether it was arranging transport or offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions, they made me feel truly cared for.

This was a truly wonderful staycation! From the moment we arrived, my friend and I felt warmly welcomed. We were delighted upon check-in with a delicious welcome cookie and the gracious assistance of Ms. Ivy from the Front Desk. A big shout-out as well to Mr. Sean for his professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness to all our requests—your service truly made a difference.
We stayed in Room 333, which was spotlessly clean. Special thanks to Ms. Nimay from Housekeeping for her prompt assistance and for providing the complimentary bathroom amenities we needed.
Our booking included dinner and breakfast at Somaya Restaurant. The food selection was impressive, and everything we tried was delicious. I have some food allergies, and I was incredibly grateful that the Chef was so accommodating, preparing meals tailored to my dietary needs during breakfast. Both my friend and I left the table full, satisfied, and happy. There are also two more restaurants in the hotel, which gives guests even more variety.
The location of the hotel is another big plus—just a 5-minute walk to Jaddaf Metro Station, making it very easy to explore all the iconic spots around Dubai. The hotel also provides shuttle services, and taxis are readily available.
We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which felt like a relaxing oasis. The pool bar, gym, and 24-hour guest laundry added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.
Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. The vibe and ambiance were calm and enjoyable.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The exceptional service and the dedicated, friendly staff—from the reception and housekeeping to restaurant staff, lifeguard, security, and bell services—truly stood out.
