Trouvaille is known for serving French Lebanese fused Cuisine and at its best. They have opened their branch in Jaddaf, Zabeel area and I bet it is going to be amazing. They serve some amazing breakfast options and their desserts are pretty famous in Dubai at the moment. I have visited their place for a dinner and was pretty amazed with the food that was served. Warm welcome by the servers, temperature checked and noted for safety purposes. Hand sanitized and placed comfortably at a corner. Their interiors are and stylish. They have a Drinks (Non-Alcoholic) Bar in the center of the restaurant and beautifully set up to serve amazing drinks from the menu. I am in total love with their cutleries, very elegant and their drinking glasses were luxurious kind. They have an open oven to serve some amazing freshly prepared Manoushe, the menu had lots of options, I went for the Lahme Bi Ajin & Cheese. Served on trouvaille engrossed plates and that too very elegant ones. Perfectly cooked and tasted amazingly delicious. For the drinks we ordered the Passion Fruit & Mango Freak Shake and a Cranberry Fix Mocktail. Both were very refreshing and fresh. From the starters we ordered the Falafel Plate, it definitely tasted Home made and the falafel were placed in a bed of tomato chutney and beetroot. Tahina was poured over it and topped with mixed leaves. The falafels were crispy and soft, well blended with the tahina and tasted well with the tomato chutney. Second starter was the Hummus Bil Lahm, as the name sounds, Hummus topped with Ribeye pieces, pomegranate & Pine nuts. Hot fresh breads were served along with it and I couldn’t stop with one bread. This was amazing and beautifully plated. Actually, all the dishes were plated beautifully. As recommended by the server, for the mains I went for the Cordon Bleu, this is like breaded chicken breast stuffed with turkey and comte cheese along with mixed lettuce. Maybe it was because of the cheese it was a bit salty, still loved the dish. Also the sides ordered were Cheesy Cauliflower. Next main was the Garlic Prawns, fresh grilled tiger prawns marinated in garlic butter sauce topped with fresh parsley. Simple and the best. And the sides ordered were Skinny fries. Next is my favourite part, Desserts. I always think I should write the dessert review first and then the rest of the dishes. Next time surely. So ordered the Chocolate Surprise, it was indeed a surprise. Chocolate ball filled with brownie, small chocolate biscuit balls, Ice cream. Hot caramel sauce is poured on to it. This was heaven, couldn’t have the whole thing though because I have to run for a month to take out all those calories. Still it was really good. Next ordered the Vanilla Blueberry Cake, what can I say, it was total bliss. Loved each spoon of it. Ended with a small cup of Americano, the end. Now straight to bed and sleep peacefully. They serve some amazing breakfast options , exceptionally presentable french lunch/ dinner main course and their desserts are insta and drool worthy.

The ambiance is relaxing and classy the service was very friendly and efficient , from the manager to chef and the server all made sure our experience was on point.

-Lahme bi ajine -Turkey & Cheese Prepared hot and fresh in a live oven , it was served in soft and cheesy bread...these tasted just yum ...

Salad

-Ratatouille tried this for the first time and became a fan of it -Burrata salad , my all time favorite salad at any restaurant and the addition of crispy caramlized walnuts to this one with cheese and fresh salad just made it even delicious

Main Course All the dishes i opted were a new invention presented in the most finest way and excited not only my eyes but tastebuds too. Pasta Cordon Bleu a cheese lovers dream- Breaded chicken breast stuffed with turkey & comte cheese served with mixed lettuce covered in cheese sauce Trouvaille Burger one of their signature and most scrumptious item on the menu , Garlic prawns these Grilled tiger prawns marinated in garlic butter sauce topped with fresh parsley were delicious Chicken Tarragon Entrecôte show stopper dish tender rib eye served with chef special sauce was finger licking good

Dessert chocolate Flower Chocolate surprise - highly recommend to try this out it , one of the bestseller definetly visiting again to have this again. The caramel sauce poured over the chocolate surprise ball enclosed icecream, maltesers and brownie was just to die for.

Hi insta followers, I have got the opportunity to review the best French and lebanese cuisine. Given below are the signature items

Fattosh salad 🥗- Its a lebanese salad which tasted so delicious and juicy.Cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce and sumac were mixed in it. I really enjoyed eating this kind of salad.

Hummos- I really loved the hummos which was served with mini arabic bread. It was a lip smacking hummos.

Trouvelle burger- This burger was literally drool worthy. It had a very thick and juicy patty. It had crunchy fried potatoes on the top which made the burger scrumptious. Every morsel was tasty.

Taragon chicken- This was something very unique in the menu. The chunks of chicken with white sauce was filled in the pastry and baked well. It was so delectable.

Vegetable pasta- As i am a pasta lover, I was literally drooling as pasta came on my table. Ot was my type of pasta. It was mixed with delicious tomato sauce and other vegetables.

Creme brulle- I loved the cream brulle which was served. It was so delicious and tasty. The vanilla beans were mixed in it and it enhanced the taste of it.

Chocolate surprise- This was a best dessert. As the chocolate sauce was poured on the chocolate done it melted and spread. It was so divine I really can’t resist eating this dessert.
