worst Arabic lebanese restaurant ever in the world.
so rude, bad customer service the manager is like a bouncer here.
they literally steal your money.
we ordered one Oreo Frabachino which was AED 35, for them to make more money thinking that the clients are stupid he charged us Oreo Milkshake which is AED 40.
their blossom season drink was leaking on my shoes and pants, and when we asked the waiter Omar to change it, he acted as if nothing is wrong with their class that looks weird but doesn't function well., also in the menu they show that they have dry ice, but not when you visit the restaurant.
even Thu we didn't consume the drink but still they charged us.
restaurant was empty when I visited only 2 tables, their excuse, because it is a weekday.
shisha was okay, and the price is so cheap but why I have to go have shisha their with all these issues.
washrooms hygiene is a big issue it smells bad.
You guys are lucky, that one is minimum.
Message for the great chef Charbil, I did visit because of you, but unfortunately your FOH team are disaster. So they didn't even allow me to try your food. If you want to success in the restaurant, you need to change the foh team and the style of service.
No comment on food as I didn't try it, after the hot beer bottle that was served and the l asking mocktail because of the glass ok my Ecco shoes.
Thank you stouf for the worst...
Read moreThis establishment appears to be redefining the Lebanese food scene, which has previously eluded others. I will refrain from providing dish ratings, as I have had the opportunity to sample every offering on the menu. Over the past three weeks, my companions and I have visited repeatedly, allowing us to indulge in the buffet, which I can confidently assert is not to be missed. From the delectable mezza to the tantalizing kibbeh nayeh, as well as the succulent lamb prepared two ways, including fwergh, shawarma, and falafel, the culinary delights are seemingly endless.
Sharbel Akiki and his team have admirably managed to produce each dish to perfection, resulting in an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Notably, the truffle Nayeh, although I am typically not a fan of truffles, is a dish I order without hesitation. The beef cheeks, served on bite-sized, crispy bread, and accompanied by baba ghanouj, are juicy and tender, while the shanklish balls, fried to perfection, are crunchy on the outside, yet gooey within. The Moghrabiyeh Salad is also worthy of note, with its fresh, chewy texture and tangy flavor profile.
Overall, it is evident that the chef and his team have gone above and beyond in delivering an exceptional dining experience, which I wholeheartedly...
Read moreVery bad behavior from the staff, no one was there on the reception and no one even took care of us. We kept looking for someone to assist it and prepare a table for us but no one did! We just went outside by ourselves and kept waiting for anyone to come! Also when someone came i asked him for a table indoor he said its fully booked because as i think because we was wearing shorts! Because almost there was 5 to 6 empty tables! And when i asked him that the booking usually gets cancelled if the customer didn’t show up after 15 minutes! And we have stayed for 15 minutes and still the tables are empty and the time was 11:30!! So i don’t think that someone is booking 5 different tables at the same time! At the end if you want to reject someone because of what he is wearing, then you can simply make a dress code and that’s it! And then after 10 minutes when i went outside just took their number from google and I texted them to make a reservation after just 10 minutes! And he confirmed the booking for me as you can see! And they called later and told me this not because of shorts maybe its just a misunderstanding! Really first time to face such thing in my whole life! No words can describe what happened! And unfortunately i go there so often and it was one of my best...
