Everything is fine and as expected, but I would like to complain about the rude approach I received from a security guard on 12/30/2024 at 11:20 pm. I noticed since my arrival on 12/19/2024 that 2 cats live in a construction site next to the hotel. I really like animals and bought some food to give them outside the hotel near the garage entrance. This employee approached me in an extremely rude manner and said that I could not feed the animals inside the hotel. I was not inside the hotel but in the outdoor area. What he did not know is that I am a guest of the hotel and when I showed him the access card, he was shocked and tried to justify himself. A person unprepared to deal with people. His place should be in another type of job, not dealing with tourists who come here to see the city and not be approached in a rude and impolite manner. I am genuinely furious with his attitude and I will spread this information in several places because I do not accept spending my money in another country and being treated like a criminal by someone who is unprepared to do his job. On the day of my arrival, this same individual was asked by the receptionist to show me 3 different rooms so that I could choose the one that best suited me. He simply showed me one of them and took me back to reception. The receptionist in front of me called him out for not doing what she had asked and another security guard took me to see the other 2 rooms that she had suggested. That day I did not like his attitude. Today again he comes and approaches me in an inelegant, rude and impolite manner. I paid for my reservation with you in advance and I am extremely upset with the way he approached me. If you at Premier Inn do not care about or like animals, that is not my problem. I do not accept being treated the way he approached me and I hereby express my disgust with his attitude. This is my third time in Dubai and I have traveled to several countries and I have never been treated like this guy. I am outraged by this incident. Thank goodness I am leaving soon and I will probably never stay here again. Instead of worrying about me giving some food to an animal that does no harm to anyone, he would be better off taking care of the Taxis and Ubers that always get in and out of the cars of those staying here. I myself have waited more than 7 minutes for them to leave the front desk so I could drive my car into the garage instead of worrying about me...
Read moreI am staying at this hotel for one month, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, the service was frustrating. Despite parking spaces being available, security initially told me the lot was full and refused to open the gate. Only after I complained at the reception did they open it, and I clearly saw that there was available space.||||A few days later, I was woken up at 7 AM and asked to urgently move my car due to a supposed issue with the pipes. I was unwell at the time, taking medication, running a temperature, and resting because of flu symptoms. When I asked if security or someone else could move the car for me, I was told no—I had to do it myself. The attitude and lack of support were unacceptable, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.||||On another occasion, I had an urgent package delivered and requested that Mr. Padam at the reception send it to my room via housekeeping. His response was dismissive, and unhelpful. When I explained, I said: “You were okay to wake me up at 7 AM and make me move my car without care, but if I ask for simple help, this is how you respond?” His reply was: “Yes, delivery is not allowed, yeah, you can do what you want,” in a careless and unprofessional tone. I am extremely upset by this attitude.||||I understand this may not be a five-star hotel, but basic professionalism, empathy, and care for guests should be standard. The lack of support, dismissive behavior, and indifference I experienced are unacceptable and caused significant frustration. Guests should not be...
Read moreExcellent Stay at Premier Inn Al Jaddaf! The Perfect Dubai Base. I recently had a fantastic experience at the Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf (بريمير إن الجداف), and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This hotel truly delivers on value, comfort, and convenience, making it an ideal base for exploring Dubai. The key highlight for me was the location. Being just a short, easy walk to the Al Jadaf Metro Station is a game-changer for navigating the city without the stress of traffic or expensive taxis. It connects you directly to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Old Dubai areas very quickly. Service and Comfort: The staff here are genuinely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, the team was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive. My room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—guaranteeing a great night’s sleep.
Standout Amenities: You get great amenities for the price point. The rooftop pool is a real bonus, offering a clean, relaxing spot with nice city views after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the breakfast options are varied and delicious, giving you a great start to the day. If you’re looking for a reliably clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with fantastic service that doesn't break the bank, the Premier Inn Al Jaddaf is the place to book.
Highly recommend!
👎🙅♀️The only negative side were the key cards that kept forgetting the information written on them, so we had to go every day to the reception to get the new ones (sometimes even...
