We were a group of 8 people, and each of us paid 500 AED. First of all, I want to say that the atmosphere was honestly amazing. I have to give credit where it’s due. However, there were several issues that caused disappointment.

We were told via WhatsApp by your staff that the package included a dancer and a show, but none of that was provided. This clearly shows a lack of commitment or truth in the information shared with us beforehand. I paid a significant amount expecting a full experience as promised.

Second, for a place that presents itself as a high-end lounge, I was surprised that no one informed us the kitchen closes at 2:00 AM. I came to order food at 1:50 AM and was told the kitchen was already closed. That is unacceptable. I ended up paying 4000 AED, yet only ordered juices, a plate of fries, and a cheese pastry. The total bill for the items we consumed didn’t even reach 2000 AED. On top of that, I paid 1000 AED just for shisha. So it’s not like I was sitting there without spending – I was clearly supporting the business.

This was a very disappointing experience, and if it weren’t for the fact that it was my graduation celebration, I would have called the tourism police to report the issue. I’ve traveled to many countries and experienced a wide range of services – and this was definitely not up to standard.

Because of all this, I’m rating the lounge only 2 stars, although I would have gladly rated it 5 stars had everything gone as expected.

Additionally, when I tried to calmly explain the situation to the waiters, one of them raised his voice and blamed me, saying I should have ordered earlier. That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and...

We paid over AED 450 for brunch per person, only to be hit with an additional AED 80 charge for valet service. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only three tables occupied, yet we were left waiting for more than 45 minutes without any sense of urgency or resolution from the hostess. She displayed a complete lack of accountability and problem-solving skills.

Additionally, the portion size from the set menu was only sufficient for two people, despite us being a group of four. They didn’t brief us on the menu, and we had to repeatedly ask for food and drinks to be served.

To make matters worse, the valet team was extremely rude. Not only did they refuse to hand over our car keys, but they also insulted us and asked us to leave, keeping our keys unresolved for over two hours.

Overcharged Without Explanation – Disappointed

We were charged $3,000 for a consumption that was well under $1,000, and at no point was this ever clearly explained to us. No one took the time to clarify how the billing system works, and we only found out about the overcharge after seeing the final amount.

This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable. We expected clear communication and fair billing, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We are extremely disappointed and are now reconsidering whether to continue using this service.
