It was my first place where I stayed when I visited Dubai for my education.. It is located 5 minutes walking distance from emirates metro station and 5-7 minutes from the financial metro station..
The reception area is well maintained with people being available 24*7 at the reception area. They even decorate it during festival time. The entry to the building is possible only post face scan which is very safe and efficient. It also helps the management to track the people entering the building. The only irritating part is they kind of block your entry 2 days before the last day of rent payment to make you aware of it. They have three lifts which are fully functioning and the queue is never that long. It has 19 floors. The management office is on the second floor.
The Apartment i stayed at had 5 partition rooms in it. 3 were smaller ones whilst 2 were master bedroom. There were two washrooms with a common kitchen area with access to 6 stove gas, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There were cleaners assigned for cleaning every day except sunday, which was another plus point. The partition room however had leakage issues during the rainy days which the management did try to solve but were not able to. The room is quite spacious with a queen sized bed, cupboard and a personal fridge which is a saviour.
Overall it was a pleasant experience except for a...
Read moreI stayed there for two months and it was a terrible experience. If you are a respectable working lady I really do not advise you to stay here. Ladies are mainly call girls, they sleep during the day and are extremely noisy during the night, doors smashing, talking loudly, loud music and they have no respect for other tenants. The apartments need renovation, floor is broken in most rooms and washrooms are disgusting, it’s infected by cockroaches and fungus I had terrible allergies because of this. Do not be fooled by the fact that they have offices, and they give you a payment receipt when you pay for your room, they close eyes on important stuff that are much more important. AC is not working and i can barely imagine how it will be in summer… Anyways really not a place to be, you would feel as if you are living for free and they are doing you a favour checking every single move you do, every single item you take in and out… I’m happy I left and would truly not recommend this...
Read moreI recently visited al ghadeer tower in search of a rental unit, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by reception staff who were discourteous and unprofessional, particularly the ladies from Africa. Despite my polite request to meet with someone from the office to inquire about available rooms, they adamantly refused and were unhelpful throughout.
What struck me as particularly concerning was the blatant inconsistency in their treatment of visitors. While they turned me away without explanation, they allowed other visitors (girls)to enter without issue. This lack of fairness and professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth.
Overall, my encounter with the reception staff at this tower was deeply disappointing. Their rudeness and lack of assistance made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues and improve the experience for...
