We recently stayed at the Blue Water Apartment, a 2-bedroom unit with a maid’s room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment boasts stunning beach views that make mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The living space is well laid out, with modern furnishings, spacious bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The maid’s room is compact but functional, ideal for storage or occasional help.One of the standout features is the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the apartment with natural light and offer panoramic views of the ocean. The beach-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying coffee or unwinding in the evening.However, the biggest downside was the parking situation. The entrance to the parking area is poorly designed and often congested, especially during peak hours. Maneuvering larger vehicles can be frustrating, and signage could be clearer. It’s an inconvenience that stands out in an otherwise upscale experience.Overall, Blue Water Apartment is a great choice for those prioritizing beachfront living and comfort, but potential residents or guests should be prepared for some hassle when it comes to accessing and navigating the parking facilities. A very nice place, amazing view. The apartments are really nice, clean, and every facility is there, kitchen, clean toilets, big and nice living room. The thing with Dubai is that you can't have warm AC, they're only blow cold air so you have 2 options: cold air or no ac. If it's cold outside you're screwed. We rented an apartment for a week, it had two sweet bedrooms, there's no daily room service, we got it...

Just a tip for first timers visiting the residences. Follow the sign that says ceasers (to the right) and then ask the security to guide you.... do not follow the sign that actually says 'residences' because it will take you underground to the mall parking and eventually you will have to make the longest u turn and come back all the way.
