Recently, I visited Illusion City at Wharf Mall in Dubai with my 10-year-old son, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! This place is a wonderland of imagination and creativity, perfect for both kids and adults alike.

Each exhibit at Illusion City was more fascinating than the last, filled with interactive elements that truly captivated my son’s curiosity. Watching his excitement and amazement as he explored the mind-bending illusions and participated in the interactive displays was a joy in itself.

I visited Illusion City with my two kids (aged 7 and 3), and I was very disappointed with the way the receptionist, Zeina, treated us. She was extremely rude, even to my 3 year old daughter just because she was moving a little in front of the desk.

I also asked her if there was a discount for Bluewaters Island residents (because some of the entertainments in Bluewaters do provide for us, since we live in Bluewaters Island), but she replied with a very rude “No” and a bad attitude. It didn’t feel like a family-friendly place at all.

Thankfully, once we went inside, Mohammed was amazing. He was very patient and explained everything to my son in a fun and clear way. My son loved it and enjoyed every moment thanks to him.

I was really upset when we arrived because of Zeina, but Mohammed made sure we had a great time. I would give him 5 stars. Zeina, on the other hand, doesn’t deserve even one.
