I had a very disappointing experience at the Carrefour near Burjuman Metro Exit 2 (around 5:00–5:15 pm August 25). The cashier (she said her name is Irene, but she was not wearing a name tag) was extremely rude.
When I ordered a cappuccino, she told me in a very disrespectful tone “pay first,” instead of handling it politely. After I paid, I asked her kindly to help make the coffee since I wasn’t sure how, and she acted annoyed.
On top of that, she intentionally gave me my change only in coins, even though I clearly saw she had notes. When I requested notes, she refused and insisted she had none. The way she spoke and behaved was very unprofessional and made me feel very unwelcome as a customer. She let me wait for more than 5 minutes just to get the change.

Read moreThe customer service is just awful oh my goodness I did not think a prestigious organisation like Carrefour will have an employee like this very rude, a phillapino guy asks customers to wait until he does his own work, arranging goods in the shop and a lady little old at the cash counter is just awful, while billing the products purchased she just throws them away on the counter ask if we need a bag and upon saying yes she just throws is away as well on the counter asks rudely to tap on the machine for the card payment when we handover the card she just bangs it to the machine and as if she is just throws the products away on our face....never experienced this in carrrerfour before in my entire experience in Dubai.
