I recently ordered Mutton Seekh Kabab and Mutton Tikka for starters, followed by Chicken Tikka Masala and 4 Chapatis in the main course.
the starters were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, perfectly spiced, and truly enjoyable. As I opened the Chicken Tikka Masala, I was pleasantly surprised by the mouth-watering aroma. And yes, the taste did not disappoint—every bite was bursting with flavor.
However, my experience took a sharp turn the moment I opened the chapatis.
To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The chapatis were improperly baked—only one side was cooked, while the other side was completely raw. It felt like a careless mistake that ruined the overall experience. Honestly, it spoiled my mood.
My mother has been making chapatis for over 58 years, and she would be shocked to see this. I genuinely feel like sending her a video of this meal just to show how not to make chapati.

Read moreI recently had the chance to dine at Shahi Mughal Dine, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance transported me to the grandeur of the Mughal era. The interiors were elegantly decorated with traditional touches that gave the place a regal charm.
The service was warm and attentive, with the staff ready to recommend their best dishes. I tried their signature mutton biryani, butter chicken, and garlic naan—each dish was rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and served in generous portions. The biryani, in particular, stood out for its aroma and tender meat. The lassi was refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal.
What impressed me most was the authenticity of the food—it truly captured the essence of Mughlai cuisine. Prices were reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes.
Overall, Shahi Mughal Dine is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys rich, flavorful Indian-Mughlai food in a royal setting. I would definitely...
Read moreWe recently dined in at Shahi Mughal Restaurant and honestly, the experience was quite underwhelming. We ordered: • 2 Sweet Corn Chicken Soups • 2 Chicken Manchurians • 2 Fried Rice • 1 Chicken Lollipop • 2 Tandoori Rotis
The total bill came to AED 159, and trust me, it was absolutely not worth it.
Firstly, the quantity of the food was shockingly small – we were 4 people, but the food served wasn’t even enough for 2. It was quite embarrassing to say the least. For the amount we paid, we expected generous portions and at least a decent taste.
Unfortunately, the taste was just average – nothing special, nothing memorable. Definitely not something we’d go back for. Considering the high price and the poor portion size, I’d say this was a bad deal overall.
If you’re planning to dine here, I’d recommend thinking twice – it’s quite expensive for what you get, both in terms of quality...
