Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service - Avoid This Place!

On 12th May 2024 I had an incredibly frustrating experience with so cald Vasanta Bhavan Al Barsha. I called to order 2 sets of pooris, and they explicitly stated they only accept cash on delivery, no card service. I agreed and placed the order thinking that I have cash in my wallet.

After placing my order, I realized I only had a 500 Dirhams note and no change. Within two minutes, I called back to confirm if they could provide change.

However, instead of assisting me, the person who answered the second time was shockingly rude. He blamed me and yelled at me for ordering on a busy Sunday morning and berated me for not mentioning the cash situation in the initial call, which was not even two minutes ago. I cald them the second time only and only to ensure if they got enough change while delivering. He said he will never have change on a Sunday morning where he argued it to be the most busiest morning too.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will never entertain dealing with such incompetent and disrespectful individuals again, especially on a Sunday morning or any other time.

Cald Vasanta Bhavan Al Barsha needs to reevaluate its customer service standards and ensure they have competent staff representing their business. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until they address these issues. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values...

Quality, cutomer friendly, Indian veg restaurant

Having undergone countless postoperative meals at Vasandhabhavan, I can confidently say it's more than just a restaurant; it's a sanctuary of comfort and culinary delight. As a regular, consuming three meals a day, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

One of the standout features is the attentive service, particularly from Mr. Tejdeep, whose fluency in Tamil, despite not being Tamilian, and respectful demeanor have made each interaction pleasant and efficient. His responsiveness ensures minimal wait time, allowing me to indulge in their high-quality vegetarian fare without delay.

Despite this, the food served is unparalleled in taste and freshness, elevating each dining experience. The ambient atmosphere, complemented by mild background music, adds to the overall charm of the establishment.

Moreover, the manager's presence, marked by kindness, friendliness, and humility, further enhances the dining experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making each visit a memorable one.

However, the absence of card payment for deliveries, coupled with the minimum order requirement, presents a minor inconvenience.

In conclusion, Vasandhabhavan transcends the ordinary, offering a haven where comfort meets quality. With attentive service, delectable cuisine, and a welcoming ambiance, it's no wonder why it has become my go-to dining...

Dear Team, Greetings !! i have been an Advocate of your restaurant and Coffee☕. That said the experience on 19 Feb left me quite disappointed. Please call me so i can share FULL detail as i wish not to share here out of Respect for the brand. The Supervisor was no match to the one you used to have in past. The entire team also seems to have slowed down. The Television screens(all 4) were switched off. The Menus were in BAD shape with scribbled notes pasted and stuck with Cell tape. Does it represent Brand pride? The Starter ordered along with Thali came almost near finishing time(There were around 8-9 tables occupied at that time) While we were just adjusting to the weak service, a table behind had members raising voice on the staff as they were not responsive.
