AVOID at all costs. Total SCAM We were due to do this tour on the 25th January. They told us they would contact us the day before with a pick up time. Despite lots of WhatsApp messages and calls I did not hear anything from them. We eventually received a text msg at 2am to say it was not going ahead due to wind, understandable that it had to be cancelled but to be told at 2am, 2 hrs before pick up isn't great practise.

We re-booked for Sat 27th and again we were promised confirmation before 10pm day before. We received nothing. At 2am I finally got a text to say it was cancelled, again 2 hours before the planned 4am pick up. Cancelled due to weather again, understandable but 2 hrs notice is very poor. When we booked the trip we were told by the company to redeem the voucher in order to book. Now grupon will not refund us as the voucher was redeemed, this was never stayed anywhere. Groupon will not refund us until the company authorise it. The company won't authorise it as they are a SCAM They have come up with new T&Cs which were never included at the time of booking. Both Dubai ballooning and grupon know we haven't taken the trip and they won't refund us. Avoid this company...

SCAM Booked it, payed it, got confirmation. The day before, asked again by myself for pickup time via what’s app. No active update.

Got confirmed in the afternoon, pickup at 04:00. Woke up the family and the little child which was very excited for the tour.

And no one showed up. Waited from 03:50 to 04:50 with a crying kid.

Thanks for nothing…
