BEAUTIFUL, ROMANTIC RESTAURANT, DELICIOUS FOOD AND SOPHISTICATED DÉCOR!
Seafire Steakhouse is located in the Atlantis Hotel on the Palm.
Taking a trip to the Atlantis is a treat in itself, but visiting the Seafire Steakhouse was an added bonus! We had to make a reservation in advance and when we got there we were seated immediately. We had a great table, right at the front of the restaurant and was in the centre of everything. You can even see the chefs making the food fresh in the kitchen if you are sitting close enough which we thought was fantastic.
Our waitress was very friendly and helped us choose the correct items from the menu. We ordered starters and a main course each and both were absolutely delicious. As Seafire is a steakhouse, we had to choose steak for the main – and we were not disappointed. We opted for the fillet steak, one cooked medium and one rare and both were cooked to perfection! They cook steaks a little on the rarer side if you like it medium, I would go for medium-well.
Before we started our mains, we had the luxury of choosing the knife we would like to use. There were a variety of options from all corners of the world and we we're very impressed, it was an experience in itself as the waitress gives you an insight into the history of each knife (if you would like it) before you choose.
The restaurant has a great aura and has a romantic feel. It is perfect for a special occasion or a date. There were also families there in the booths enjoying a nice evening together so it really is suitable for everyone (and the perfect choice if you are staying in the hotel).
The menu can seem a little pricey, however, if you download the Atlantis app it gives you 30% off of your total bill. They are also on the Entertainer App which allows you 2 for 1 on main courses.
Overall we loved our visit to Seafire and have already recommended it to several friends, we can't wait to visit again!

Read moreWe had to wait for our drinks for fifteen minutes and the only reason we got it is because of the manager she stopped by our table to see if everything is okay. Then where we were sitting it smelled like dried blood. We told the manager and she looked shocked and confused. I even told her to sit down on one of our seats so she can be able to smell it but she didn't and decided to change our tables. Who would be able to sit at a table to eat their food while smelling dried blood. I would of completely lost my appetite because of it. When I got my appetizer it was cold and I asked for another one. The manager specifically said I would not be charged for it but that was a lie and I was charged for it after I confronted the waiter and manager that she said I wasn't going to be charged for it before I left. I guess she had a change of mind. We barely were checked up on to see if everything was okay. We can barely get any services to get drinks, lemon, mint, sliver wears, etc. The steak I had was good that was the only best part of the dinner. The waiter was a nice guy and educated but wasn't there when we need him. We had to ask another waiter for help. We were on vacation and celebrating our anniversary and job anniversary. I expected more and better experience from such a restaurant and we had a half board meal package which was part of our hotel atlantis the palm stay. The manager didn't make up for the problem or offer anything for the experience we received with the delayed drinks and terrible seating that had dried blood smell. If you miss (lady) the manager wasn't going to charge me for the food appetizer that cold then don't, don't just change your mind last minute when I'm about to leave. I won't be coming back here again and I will advising my family and...
Read moreUtterly Disappointed by Inconsistent Policy and Poor Customer Service
I am appalled by the experience I had at this establishment today. Upon arrival, we were abruptly denied entry because a male guest in our party was wearing open-toe formal sandals. This was shocking, especially as I’ve personally witnessed men wearing similar footwear at this very venue on multiple occasions.
What made the situation even more unacceptable was the explanation given by the front-of-house staff: “We usually make exceptions, but today we’re not.” This statement exposes a fundamental flaw—if exceptions are regularly made, how can the policy be taken seriously or enforced fairly? The lack of consistency not only feels arbitrary but also disrespectful to loyal patrons.
To add insult to injury, after confirming we would not be charged a cancellation fee, I received a call 20 minutes later from another staff member asking when we would be arriving for our reservation. This level of disorganization only added to my frustration. Worse yet, I was then informed that we would be charged the cancellation fee, contradicting what I had just been told. The lack of internal communication is staggering.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered subpar service from a Kerzner property. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and excellence, the reality is consistently disappointing. Their customer service fails to reflect the high standards they claim to uphold.
It’s incredibly disheartening to see such a promising dining experience ruined by avoidable mismanagement and poor customer care. This venue has the potential to impress—but until their service matches their reputation, they will continue...
