BEAUTIFUL, ROMANTIC RESTAURANT, DELICIOUS FOOD AND SOPHISTICATED DÉCOR!

Seafire Steakhouse is located in the Atlantis Hotel on the Palm.

Taking a trip to the Atlantis is a treat in itself, but visiting the Seafire Steakhouse was an added bonus! We had to make a reservation in advance and when we got there we were seated immediately. We had a great table, right at the front of the restaurant and was in the centre of everything. You can even see the chefs making the food fresh in the kitchen if you are sitting close enough which we thought was fantastic.

Our waitress was very friendly and helped us choose the correct items from the menu. We ordered starters and a main course each and both were absolutely delicious. As Seafire is a steakhouse, we had to choose steak for the main – and we were not disappointed. We opted for the fillet steak, one cooked medium and one rare and both were cooked to perfection! They cook steaks a little on the rarer side if you like it medium, I would go for medium-well.

Before we started our mains, we had the luxury of choosing the knife we would like to use. There were a variety of options from all corners of the world and we we're very impressed, it was an experience in itself as the waitress gives you an insight into the history of each knife (if you would like it) before you choose.

The restaurant has a great aura and has a romantic feel. It is perfect for a special occasion or a date. There were also families there in the booths enjoying a nice evening together so it really is suitable for everyone (and the perfect choice if you are staying in the hotel).

The menu can seem a little pricey, however, if you download the Atlantis app it gives you 30% off of your total bill. They are also on the Entertainer App which allows you 2 for 1 on main courses.

Overall we loved our visit to Seafire and have already recommended it to several friends, we can't wait to visit again!

We had to wait for our drinks for fifteen minutes and the only reason we got it is because of the manager she stopped by our table to see if everything is okay. Then where we were sitting it smelled like dried blood. We told the manager and she looked shocked and confused. I even told her to sit down on one of our seats so she can be able to smell it but she didn't and decided to change our tables. Who would be able to sit at a table to eat their food while smelling dried blood. I would of completely lost my appetite because of it. When I got my appetizer it was cold and I asked for another one. The manager specifically said I would not be charged for it but that was a lie and I was charged for it after I confronted the waiter and manager that she said I wasn't going to be charged for it before I left. I guess she had a change of mind. We barely were checked up on to see if everything was okay. We can barely get any services to get drinks, lemon, mint, sliver wears, etc. The steak I had was good that was the only best part of the dinner. The waiter was a nice guy and educated but wasn't there when we need him. We had to ask another waiter for help. We were on vacation and celebrating our anniversary and job anniversary. I expected more and better experience from such a restaurant and we had a half board meal package which was part of our hotel atlantis the palm stay. The manager didn't make up for the problem or offer anything for the experience we received with the delayed drinks and terrible seating that had dried blood smell. If you miss (lady) the manager wasn't going to charge me for the food appetizer that cold then don't, don't just change your mind last minute when I'm about to leave. I won't be coming back here again and I will advising my family and...

Utterly Disappointed by Inconsistent Policy and Poor Customer Service

I am appalled by the experience I had at this establishment today. Upon arrival, we were abruptly denied entry because a male guest in our party was wearing open-toe formal sandals. This was shocking, especially as I’ve personally witnessed men wearing similar footwear at this very venue on multiple occasions.

What made the situation even more unacceptable was the explanation given by the front-of-house staff: “We usually make exceptions, but today we’re not.” This statement exposes a fundamental flaw—if exceptions are regularly made, how can the policy be taken seriously or enforced fairly? The lack of consistency not only feels arbitrary but also disrespectful to loyal patrons.

To add insult to injury, after confirming we would not be charged a cancellation fee, I received a call 20 minutes later from another staff member asking when we would be arriving for our reservation. This level of disorganization only added to my frustration. Worse yet, I was then informed that we would be charged the cancellation fee, contradicting what I had just been told. The lack of internal communication is staggering.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered subpar service from a Kerzner property. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and excellence, the reality is consistently disappointing. Their customer service fails to reflect the high standards they claim to uphold.

It’s incredibly disheartening to see such a promising dining experience ruined by avoidable mismanagement and poor customer care. This venue has the potential to impress—but until their service matches their reputation, they will continue...

I will start this review by stating we didn't manage to sit at a table here.. We had a pre-booked table for.4 at the Seafire for a special birthday and to taste one of their allegedly renowned steaks. After visiting the Burj Khalifa, we got caught in the Dubai traffic so out of courtesy we called the Seafire restaurant only to be told if we were later than 15 mins our booking would be cancelled. Anyone who has spent time navigating Dubai knows how unpredictable the traffic can be. Always comforting to know how Seafire treats its customers running late, our driver did manage to get us there on time for our reservation. On arrival, the Front Desk staff sneakily checked our attire. I was smartly dressed in a Polo shirt, tailored trousers and birkenstocks, ladies were in dresses and the other gent in chino shorts and boat shoes. Then there was a sneaky whisper between them, I was then told, I could not enter as I was wearing open toe sandals.. What a pretentious excuse to refuse entry, in a country that has high temperatures where the vast majority of men wear sandals or was there more serious undertones at work here. My feet as always were planning to be kept under the table at all times🤷‍♀️. Wasn’t worth the effort to try to question or reason their decision, from our viewpoint we could see the restaurant wasn't anywhere near full, can only assume it's part of the air of exclusivity they are obviously trying to generate. I will never know as I will never recommend or attempt to spend any of my money within The SeaFire restaurant again, the attitude of the staff has definitely guaranteed that. We ended up having a far more enjoyable birthday celebration in Gordan Ramsey's Bread Kitchen.

We visited this restaurant for our Christmas brunch. The ambiance was fantastic, and the ladies at the front desk were polite and attentive. They also have a good selection of wines and cocktails. For appetizers, I ordered the bone marrow onion soup, which was disappointing. It was a bit too salty and only had two small pieces of bone marrow. My husband had the prawn cocktail, which was decent—the prawns were fresh and juicy. For the main courses, we ordered a 450g steak. Unfortunately, it was cooked more on the medium rare to rare side, which didn’t match our preference. They were unable to adjust it to medium rare to medium. However, the turkey meal we ordered was excellent—they really nailed this dish. My friend ordered the jumbo prawn dish, but when it arrived, the prawn heads were black, and the prawns were far from “jumbo.” It was a complete disappointment as the prawns also weren’t fresh. We raised this issue with the manager, who promptly replaced the dish. The second plate had jumbo-sized prawns with no black heads, which left us wondering why the first plate was served in such a poor state. Lastly, my friend left her phone to charge during the meal. To our surprise, when she retrieved it after dining, there was no charge at all.

SPECTACULAR. From the service to the dishes of the chef’s menu. I visited it during the collaboration of Chef Ben O’Donoghue with Raymond Wong. There were 9 dishes. They came in a proper order with brief pauses between the dishes and extra dishes as we requested from the waiter. A few visits from the managers. The chefs spoke were approachable. I loved the dishes a lot, including a dessert I did not expect myself to like which was the Lemon Mint Sorbet. Our waiter also gave us a special “Congratulations” dessert. Melts the heart. The butter that comes with the bread before the starter is unique and delicious. Food, overall, is great; it’s a set-menu; therefore, there is not much to talk about but it was worth the visit and worth future visits. Their drink was 7/10; at the beginning it was great then it started lacking. They could do better. The service was one of the best to experience and the ambience of the room was lovely, calm and relaxing. Despite many people coming and going, their sound will not bother you, as if they are being absorbed by the walls.
