If you want to waste your time and money, without getting any kind of service, this is the place to go. Yet another time, where their facing some technical issues which means the monorail is not running on time. Okay faults and technical issues can happen, but the way it's being handled is beyond unprofessional.

I wasn't even informed when buying a ticket well advance of when the first departure is supposed to take place. No information, no explanation, no signage, no excuses, nothing! To prepare for such things, and a service that people rely on as the sole commute option on palm, which is also beyond ridiculous, there is no backup planned ahead.

Have some taxi's ready at their entrance for people to use, offer to pay for the taxi's as a token of appreciation, instead of doing nothing. And this is not a one time incident that has happened, but I have personally experienced it at several occasions.
